Put in a call during Monday, rep came Tuesday to talk about a unit. I wanted to replace my outside unit and A coil, both were around 20 years old now. The rep came and talked to me, inspected both outside and inside, told me about their sales promotion (which I didn't know about) and had units picked out for Thursday. The installer came Thursday morning and started the project. Part way through, the installer found that the A coil already had a leak in it, he went and got the unit warrantied immediately and the man stayed at it until the afternoon. He was personable, knowledgeable, and addressed all concerns that he noticed along the way. Would totally recommend this company to anyone I know personally.

Absolutely the best experience possible! From the personal care of Chris to start the process, to the absolutely incredible team of David and Tony who did the install, this process was amazing. I've never had a service call with any team, let alone HVAC, with the expertise, thoroughness, and absolutely pleasantness that this team has exhibited. They truly took care of us and noticed all the minute details that everyone else missed. The biggest thing they got from me, which is hard to get, is my TRUST!

Bam! Less than 3hours from the time I called and my AC is working perfectly again, Thank You Jason! It's hot this summer, stay hydrated!! This will be the only place I call for my HVAC needs. Thanks Air Control â™¡

Something is going on with the service Air Control provides. I had a new unit installed over 7 years ago. Great product. I have been paying for the Gold Plan Service which is over $200. It seems last 2 years have gone down hill with the company and service. I had a guy come out and he didn't even come in the house to check filters or run water down the drains or rinse off the unit. He basically checked a couple of things taped the door on the unit upstairs and left. I asked for another tech to come out. I asked if I could be first in the morning as usual, no show and when called said that I couldn't request early anymore. Rescheduled again and they sent the same person that came out the first time that I didn't want back. No I have to take off work the 4th time for their incompetence and see what if they screw that up again. Was told something going on with family owners and it's a mess. Maybe it's time to find a new service company. Sad they used to be awesome.
