Absolutely the best, James H. was on time, even quicker than I expected. I am beyond proud they came out on a short notice and helped us with our tub issue. Will be setting up the maintenance plan as I was extremely impressed with their service from the first contact with Rose to the tech James arriving. Fast and courteous. Thank you!!!!!

My experience with Penguin Air was exactly what should be perceive when you are expecting professional services. My Technician was very thorough with what my issues were, neat, respectful of my house and clothing in my closet for attic access. I felt his honesty and knowledge was truth and not plagiarism to up sell &/or over charge me. I highly recommend this company.

Richard Delancey was friendly, knowledgeable, diligent and professional. He took the time to thoroughly inspect all three of our units, and then presented us with informed opinions about what needed to be addressed on each. At no point did we feel like we were being sold repairs that we didn't need; rather, Richard shared findings and suggestions for us to think about after he left. My husband and I were both extremely impressed with his knowledge and customer service attitude.

EXCELLENT experience!! Contact with 13 or 14 Penguin Air employees during my service ... every one of them courteous, knowledgeable, worked non-stop, good to a VERY nervous small dog. Before and after photos ... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thank you Tammy for doing such good research into air conditioning companies.

We had Landon come out today and he was absolutely awesome! He is extremely honest and so helpful. He explained everything to us and even gave us some great pointers to protect our drains. I highly recommend him and we will definitely be calling this company if we have anymore issues!

Love penguin air. I had two service calls today one for my plumbing and A/C both services technicians were kind and very professional. I have had a maintenance contract with Penguin Air for 6 years. They call to remind me to schedule a maintenance very year I don't know what I would do without them. They are a great company. Love them. I would recommend them to any home owner.

Always professional! Happy with everything they have done. And if I'm not they fix it right away and without question. Hats off to Jenni! She was so nice and even had a treat for our dog with her! Now that's awesome!!! Love Penguin Air. Will always use and recommend!

We had a leak in our kitchen; called they scheduled us for same day. The technician was very pleasant knowledgeable and got us taken care of.

Amazing that great companies still exist! I called this afternoon and had my technician Jimmy out within hours. He was extremely knowledgeable and got the job done quickly! My favorite part is the text message with the first and last name of your tech and a picture, what a great company we will definitely be using them again and asking for Jimmy! Thanks for coming out so quick!

This will not be your typical review and you may be surprised that I'm leaving 5 stars especially because my repairs did not go as planned. Our AC went out during the AZ summer at about midnight on a Sunday night. We called Penguin because they had a 24 hour emergency number and my husband had seen them around our neighborhood. Our tech was here around 8:30 Monday morning. Our blower motor had gone out and it also needed a new drip pan and a cleaning. We had the repairs completed and our AC was running again that afternoon. We thought everything was fine and left the next weekend for the start of our vacation. When we returned we noticed the floor below the attic access was wet. We soon realized that our clothes and other items in our closet we wet as well and knew we had an issue with the recently repaired AC. We called Penguin and our tech was back that afternoon to take a look. Sure enough, one of the pipes was leaking and had been dripping water since the repair. Here's where Penguin and our technician, Zeb, separated themselves from all the competition in the market. They didn't try to make excuses or put the blame on anyone else. They immediately worked to fix the issue and to repair the damage caused by the water. We recognize that no one is perfect and everyone makes mistakes. It's what you do about them that matters. Everyone I have dealt with during this process has been amazing! No one wants to have issues after a repair but Penguin had a quality company immediately come out and repair the damage and Tonya, the quality assurance manager, has assisted me with getting our personal belongings taken care of. What impressed me the most though was that the technician who made the error was not going to lose his job. I know he had been with the company for a very long time and I honestly felt that it was a mistake and in no way a reflection of his ability to do his job. He explained the pipe was not located directly where he had been working and that the seal had either cracked or come loose but it was not apparent at the time he did the work. He even took pictures so he was able to show us the leak. I was very impressed with his honesty and his eagerness to help us get everything fixed. Your employees represent your company and Penguin should be proud to have technicians like Zeb on their staff. There are not very many companies left that care about their customer service, let alone their employees and I am proud to say that Penguin is one of them that cares about both. They have earned my AC, electrical, and plumbing business for as long as we're both around. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of any of these services and I would recommend Zeb for AC as well. Thank you Penguin for being a company you can trust and for having the integrity to stand behind your employees and the work that they do!
