Very disappointed in this company. It has been 10 + months since I started this process and my solar still isn't turned on. Also promised gift cards and $1000 towards my true up bill, but I am sure that was a sales scam. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Great company with good people, people that want to help you according to your needs not their's. I want honesty in my dealings and i want to get what i paid for... i feel this company has integrity and is people- centered
and i respect that. They have been around for a long time so they are doing something right. So i know my warranty will still be honored in 25 yrs.( thats important)

I have been a sunrun customer for a few years now. I got into a 20 year contract with them. I was told my roof would be insured from damage and leaks caused from the solar panels. A beam in my attic directly under the solar panels broke and my roof is sagging right under the panels. I sent pictures to Sunrun and filed a claim. They told me the warranty on my roof was expired and they are not going to fix it. Their engineer approved my roof for the panels and there was no problem before and wouldn't be one now. Would have bought my own panels if I knew I had to be responsible for any damages. The roof warranty was one of interests in the lease but they didn't keep their end. Getting an attorney.
