Bell Brothers Plumbing Heating and Air was founding in 1991 in Elk Grove, CA by entrepreneurial brothers Kenny & Jerry Bell. After more than 27 years in the business, Bell Brothers has expanded to not only specialize in residential Heating and Air, but Windows, Plumbing, Rooter Services, Ductwork and Insulation. With more than $5,000,000 in Home Energy Upgrade rebates earned for their customers, Bell Brothers has established themselves a leader in Californias Home Energy Upgrade Program for local utility companies SMUD and PG&E. Today there are 140 trucks on the road and 200 employees daily serving the greater Sacramento area and parts of seven surrounding counties. Doing anything in a Covid environment is challenging. Replacing a garden window is especially challenging. Delivery is between 12 and 18 weeks out, with installation to be scheduled after that. The preferred color was mostly unavailable (only available for hundreds of dollars more). Cost of the job is approximately 4 times what it would have been pre-Covid. My advice: if you don't HAVE to replace a garden window right now, don't do it!

They were contracted through another co. to replace my window. Fast, friendly service. Plus went the extra mile. Boarded up my window until they got to it and cleaned all the glass from broken window as well.

The person that came out to represent Bell Bros. was first and foremost a salesman. he did seem to be very knowledgeable, but was definitely a salesman. I felt he spent too much time selling Bell Bros. I had already done my research on Bell Bros. and was very happy with what i learned. I would rather that Mike had gotten down to the estimate, and less time selling me on Bell Bros. I stand by my 4 star rating.

Danielle did our routine maintenance service. She was new employee to Bell. She performed a really diligent and thorough inspection and service to our heating system. She explained and demonstrated all the work performed on our system. I was very satisfied with her service. Danielle was very professional and nice at our home. I think she will be an asset to your company.

Bell brothers never disappoints they are very professional and detail oriented. I especially like how they used shoe covers during inspections. Today my service was with Nicholas, he is fantastic and explains everything! Sign up for for the protection program for you heating and air, it is so worth it... they come out inspect everything and clean the filters Today I saved $274 on a part.

I got my plumbing appointment quickly and at my convenience. My technician, Steven, arrived on time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what my problems were and how he could fix them. His estimate was accurate. He was very neat and cleaned up all packaging and old parts. Before he left, he made sure everything was working and that I understood how to use the new faucet. This is not the first time I've used Bell Brothers and I've always been very pleased with their service. I highly recommend them.

Best customer service experience! We had a clogged pipe issue during the weekend and a technician at Bell Brothers came out and had it fixed. What was special was that it was very late 8:30 pm and we didn’t expect a service call to be available after hours. But the technician came through for us and got the job done. Another unexpected experience was that he walked us through the entire process letting us know exactly what to expect. He really lived up to Bell Brothers slogan of expecting no surprises. That is impeccable customer service that’s rare these day and I really unique to Bell Brothers (BB). A highly recommended service. We will most likely go to BB for any of our plumbing and AC needs. Thank you Bell Brothers!
