Design Windows and Doors Inc. is a family-owned window and door contractor serving Greater Ontario. We were started in 2005 and have over 15 years of experience in the window industry. We are an A-rated member of the Better Business Bureau and also a member of the California League of Homeowners. We take pride in our business ethics, efficiency, and strive to always provide outstanding customer service. As such we never subcontract our installers and you can always rely on having one of our in-home installers. All of our lead installers are AAMA and RRP certified.

The company staff and installers were very professional and they made sure that everything was cleaned up after the installation was completed. Our single pane windows from 1952 replaced with wonderful double pane windows. Amy was the one who called me and was so open and scheduled everything. Doors and windows are tricky to replace in old houses and I was concerned! Amy arranged a meeting for me with the owner who was very knowledgeable and he educated us. We did run into some issues with french doors, but it was taken care of no matter how many times it took the crew to pay us a visit. The windows and 2 doors were completed in 2 days! We have a mid century house with 35% windows of all shapes and weird sizes. Very pleased with the result! We did have few more estimates however we realized have we gone with any other company although they were less, but we surely would end up paying more due to change orders. Highly recommend Design Windows & Doors.

We had all our windows and two doors (19 total) replaced by Design Windows and Doors and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience! From the initial consultation with Bill to the installation of the very last window, DWD were complete pros. Pleasant to work with, excellent communication, on-time and on-schedule. We went with their financing option which was super easy and no hassle. The installers did a great job! and answered all our questions. Martha was our project manager and was super helpful getting everything ready for install and making sure it was delivered as promised. I look forward to working with them again to replace our interior doors :) I would highly recommend them!!

Design windows are the best!! I have a custom Log home in Big Bear Lake that has hand carved log trim on the windows and doors. Design windows and there awesome installer made it happen!! Beautiful windows installed! Clean professional group! Having them do my other house too!
