With every roof sold, Cenco enrolls that home in Cenco’s Aftercare Program where Matt and his team run a service call free of charge every year for the life of the roof’s warranty. This program does not exist anywhere else in the country.

Cenco Roofing Services did a great job with repairs for our wood shake roof. They provided a reasonable price estimate in a timely manner, and the staff and technicians were professional and friendly. If you're looking for a reputable and knowledgeable roofing company then Cenco should be your choice. I initially reached out to 6 or so roofing company's regarding a hail claim I filed late last year. Most of them had their own opinions and didn't take the time to walk you through the hail claim process with your insurance company. However, once I reached out to Cenco that was a different story. Their staff was great and spent the time to walk me through the entire process, which wasn't just a one time phone call and inspection visit. I talked to them for a period of a month while they essentially held my hand throughout the entire process. This was my first ever hail claim and I had no idea what to expect. The insurance company's claims adjuster is working for the insurance company and not for you. That's why you need someone like Cenco to be ON YOUR SIDE during a process like this and to make sure you're awarded everything you're entitled to. I would highly recommend Cenco for all your roofing needs, especially if it's a hail claim. They know how to present the correct estimates to the insurance companies, they are onsite during the time the insurance claims adjuster comes out to inspect your property and they answer any all questions you might have throughout the entire process. Five years ago I purchased a home built in 1952 and have been using it as a rental property ever since. A recent serious hail storm damaged a number of houses on the block and I noticed many homeowners having their roofs replaced.
I met with Dee of Cenco and was very impressed with her experience and knowledge. She has been in the business for many years starting on a roofing crew. After her inspection, I was also impressed when she told me that my roof was fine and didn't need any repair. Having no roofing experience myself, I could easily have been persuaded to have my roof replaced. I was impressed with her honesty and will definitely contact Cenco with any future roofing needs.

Very responsive and knowledgeable on my roof replacement due to hail. They said project would take 2 days and stayed well into the night to make sure it was done on day 2. Did a surprisingly good job cleaning up in the dark as well considering how big a job this was. Very pleased.

We had great experience with Cenco, and especially our project manager Ryan. Our job was part of an insurance claim, and Ryan was very knowledgeable about the process and extremely patient as we worked with our insurance company to make sure all issues were were resolved. Once work started, Ryan was diligent about ensuring the job was done correctly but quickly. The crew doing the work was fantastic and very clean (other than the new roof, you'd never know they were there). The roof itself looks amazing, and we honestly could not be happier. I'd recommend Cenco without hesitation!

If you want a honest company who will not lie to you to get paid this is the company you would want to hire. I am in the process of purchasing a home, they completed the roof inspection for free. Connor came out and inspected the roof and was honest, there was a few minor issues with the roof but nothing major. Connor started my roof was fine, there are a lot of inspectors who will lie to you to make money. Connor didn't do that. He was very professional and communicated quickly. Thank you Connor!!

This past Spring, Conner came to inspect our roof, gutters, siding, etc. Conner informed us our roof was in good condition and there wasn't a need to replace at the time. After massive hail storms over the summer, I contacted Conner to schedule a time to inspect our roof again. Conner assured us our roof and gutters are still in good condition. We appreciate Conner's professionalism and we will keep his contact information for future use.

My husband and I went through the Denver hailstorm in 2017 and selected Cenco Roofing Services based on a friend's recommendation.
Cenco replaced our roof shingles as expected, and without seeking our approval, painted two recently installed stainless steel stove exhaust pipes. Soon the paint started peeling making them unsightly.
We worked with Robin Todd and the Cenco team to repair the pipes. Robin went above and beyond in ensuring our concerns were properly addressed. She was helpful, responsive, and understanding during the entire process. In addition, Robin noted that Cenco implemented a new policy to ask customers if they want certain items painted when replacing a roof.
Robin exemplifies quality customer service. She's an asset to Cenco and very much appreciated by this happy customer.
