Horrible customer customer service. We asked for a bid, took 8 days to receive & it only after requesting several times.
This was the biggest red flag, if they took this long to send their quote how would the project timeline work out. I envisioned countless wasted days waiting on one thing or another. A $45-50k job is not small, I strongly suggest better training on client relationships.
We decided to go with Alex & Yana, superb experience & professionalism.

Not only is the finished product amazing, but the construction process was as well. I don't think I have ever used the word pleasant to describe a construction process, but this one was. The crew was super friendly, as well as, incredibly hard working, and everyone we spoke to from office staff, to construction supervisor was very responsive to our needs. They were also very respectful to the rest of our property while undertaking a very large siding project. They left the site cleaner than it was when they arrived.

After the hail storm last June our poor home needed a new roof, window replacement and paint!! Fortunately we called Northern Lights Exteriors and Mack came to our home reviewed the damages from the storm with us... And we're very happy that we contracted with this awesome company!! Very helpful and professional contractor...I know that if we need anything else taken care of at our home we'll be definitely calling Northern Lights Exteriors!!

Mack and his crew did an awesome job! Siding of whole house done in three full days. Looks amazing! Thanks to our friend Deb O. for referring us to them. I would refer all to Northern Lights for all the services they do. I will go to them first in the future for any of my home improvement needs.
