Five Star Bath Solutions North Bay

My wife and I wanted to remodel the master bathroom shower for a number of years, but we didn't know where to start. I ended up on the 5 star bath solutions of the North Bay's website. Requested more information on how to start this project. That same day I received a call from Jordana B. and she was able to come to our house, and do a full walkthrough of the project. She was friendly and helpful to answer any and all questions we had. Installer team was great and able to get the install completed quickly. Shower is in and we are so excited to use it.

I am writing to say thank you. The seal between the glass and the wall works well. As a customer I am glad that the leaking from the fixed glass side of the shower is operating how I hoped it would.

As an ex-company owner, I would want an engineered solution that is easy for the installers to implement with the initial install. It is in any case a testament to your companies commitment to customer satisfaction.

She arrived with a large assortment of samples for selection and spent hours giving important suggestions, options, ideas. We actually enjoyed the visit! I needed a tub replaced with a walk-in shower for my mother who was moving in with me. I researched national and local companies, materials, what to ask and look out for, and customer reviews. I ended up at Five Star Bath Solutions and am very glad I did. I wanted the product to be made from quality materials as well as have a good warranty. I wanted a local company that would be there for me after the installation. I was contacted by Jordana who was with me from the first consultation until the very end. The installation was quiet, clean and quick. The shower is beautiful. I needed some alterations after the installation to accomodate my mothers short stature as well as some extra grip bars installed to ensure her safety. All of this was done without complaint and at my convenience. You can get this all done for less money elsewhere but you will get what you pay for- less quality, weaker warranty, and no one to call and come back after installation. I'm very happy with the product, process, and customer service. I give this company and the people and products my highest rating

5 Star Bath Solutions was awesome from start to finish. I have vision and mobility issues and my bathroom had a very small shower and a jetted tub that I could not get into, let alone out of it. I looked into bathroom remodels but those projects involved a month or more of not having use of the bathroom. I contacted 5 Star Bath and Jordana came to my home and walked me through the process to convert the tub to a custom walk in shower. Then, it was Jay’s turn to take measurements and come up with a plan. Benjamin and Oscar did the work and they were also amazing. Very professional, showed up as scheduled, always polite, laid down tarps to protect the floors and left my place spotless every day. My project took a bit longer as it was a custom enclosure but it was done in 3 days as was promised. I have nothing but great things to say about 5 Star Bath. My new shower has been life changing as I can safely enter and exit my shower and I love the bamboo shower bench that was included in my project. Kudos to everyone that was involved in making my dream come true.
