sales was great I met the installer before I hired them, he was great. I had a delay because carrier didn't have my units available at first but Transform had all the units here in 1 week and installation is scheduled for another week out. units not installed yet but project coordinator has been great with communication. If the installation goes as expected they deserve a 5 star rating.

Having to replace all windows, sliding glass door and gutters on my home. I knew it would be costly, and I don't want to finance. The sales rep was understanding and didn't pressure me to sign a contract immediately. The contract is now signed, final measurements done, and now waiting for my windows and gutters to be made. Hope to have installed by this summer. There is a long wait time, due to COVID.

Salesman came quick (Tuesday) and quoted 3 - 4 weeks. Contractors called on Thursday with install on Friday - same week. They came in on Thursday to do inspection and came in on Friday to install (yeah, still same week). Installers were knowledgeable and took time to answer all questions and got it done by mid-afternoon. Everything worked and with the exception of me having to reprogram my Ecobee, NO ISSUES. Transform and The Cool Guys worked it well!! I financed the project with 6 month no interest and I got a Carrier system - total security!! Good job by everyone!

Still waiting for cleanup, they removed gutter guards, applied plastic boots instead of lead to the vent pipes the roof. In retrospect, A sheet of plastic could have caught most of the nails and scraps of old shingles. The shingles look good, but the process was/is not admirable.
