Air Now has serviced my equipment for 10 years at my home. When I moved to a condo, they were the only choice I would make to service this equipment. Technicians have always been knowledgable, friendly, willing to explain every issue before any work proceeds. Office staff ensure you know when your appointment is and if technician is running late or early. I would recommend Air Now to everyone.

Air Now technician Jorge Izquierdo performed a routine service check on my York a/c and heat pump. He is a professional who did exceptional work in assuring me my unit is is in tip top shape. He confirmed all electrical readings were within limits, changed the filter and thoroughly cleaned the electrical circuit board area and rinsed out the condenser fins. I know Air Now cannot promise me Jorge will be on the next scheduled visit, but it would be great if he could.

Air Now has always taken good care of our system. The technicians give us heads up about items that may need attention in the future but never try to "up sell" us. JR was excellent to work with explained the problem in detail and followed through as promised with the repair as soon as the part came in.

The purpose of the visit was to evaluate and quote an entire Duct Work replacement. Jim did a great job. He gave a very detailed answer to all my questions and was able to give clear views on how things should be done. This was the quote stage only. I give 5 stars for Jim but take one away because of the process. At the end of the quote, after spending a lot of time answering my questions he asked me to sign a document. This document essentially gave them full rights to start and asked for 50% up front payment on site. This caught me off guard as I was purely looking to review his quote and make a decision based on other quotes. Upon reading the document I was taken aback by the complete shedding or responsibility AirNow takes. Although they offer a 5 year warranty they essentially guarantee an out by saying any and all external factors relieve them of the responsibility. The legal disclaimers and the requirement for a 50% up front payment completely turned me off. He needed a signature to close his process so I asked him to change the document to Estimate only and I wrote that in on my signature as well to protect myself. I still may use their services because I liked the effort and detail Jim provided but I will do it on reasonable terms.
