Both Weiss and Andrews were very knowledgeable of their professional. Also, both took their time explaining the process about my current system as well as the new system that I purchased. I was very impressed with both technicians. I would recommend RS Andrews to others who will need a new AC/Heating system.

Great experience. The technician came out right away. I had a busted pipe in my front lawn which caused a slow leak which I found out about with my water bills. The technician, Neil, was on time, efficient, very friendly and provided great service. I would recommend this company.

While it was a long road in getting my electrical work done, as I have a very old house, 1958, RS Andrews made multiple visits, did trouble shooting, responded quickly, and got my house up to code. It took a little longer than I imagined, but they were great with questions and feedback, and I am happy to say my house has been updated.

The service tech came to my house and determined that my leak was with my sprinkler system and he could not help me. I was initially charged a fee for the rep showing up but a company rep called me a couple of days later and credited my payment. I am a new home owner and was seeking a "go to" company. I appreciated this gesture and it spoke volumes about the companies' desire to earn a future long term customer. I intend to call RS Andrews again if needed.

My experience with the plumber (Michael Waters) was PHENOMENAL. Truly the best repair experience I've had. He arrived toward the beginning of the time window, so I didn't have to wait around for 3 hours. After a brief assessment, he went to the warehouse, returned promptly, and completed the work in a decent amount of time. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciated most that Michael was not pushy and did not try to nickel-and-dime me. He presented me with options, talked me through pros and cons, and worked with me as I decided what was best.
