The whole Bell Brothers experience was amazing. I filled out an online form for a free furnace replacement estimate and got a call from LJ. We made an appointment for him to come to my house and sat and talked through our options. He was very detailed and upfront about everything and we decided to do a whole system replacement because of the great value. Maison, Loren, and John showed up the day of the appointment right on time and worked hard all day. I could not be more satisfied with the work that they did and their friendliness. They did amazing work and cleaned up more than they needed to. Bell Brothers will have my business for years to come.

Great company overall. Installed furnace and air conditioner. Very knowledgeable and professional. We have maintenance agreement. Appointments are easy to schedule. The technician Adnan was also professional and knowledgeable and even noticed our sump pump had an issue and let us know. Highly recommend Bell Brothers!

UPDATE: Gotta give credit where it's due. After posting this review, I received a follow up call from the Service Manager who did offer to mitigate some fees which will go a long way to help pay for some of the repairs. While I can't say for sure where the chips will fall, their outreach and attempt to make it right takes the bite out of my frustration from last week. So, thank you to BB for listening to and trying to accommodate my concerns.

Original post: Really frustrated and disappointed with BB after being a loyal customer for nearly a decade which turns out to not mean very much to them it would seem. We were even part of their preferred customer service plan which costs a lot of money and as it turns out, that didn't amount to much either. They were just out in October to perform service and apparently missed the fact that our humidifier was bad and there was a leak inside the furnace unit itself. Thank goodness we had the sense to call another provider to come out and properly diagnose and fix the problems that BB failed to see. When I spoke to the Service Manager Aaron, while polite at first, became defensive and argumentative about the fact that we had a competitor come out to fix it before they could take a look at it. Not that that would have changed the fact that they would have still charged us a trip fee even though we were on their plan and the system faults were possibly missed by their techs. It became clear to me that Aaron had not intention of actually trying to make it right and I guess felt the need to call so he could figure out which competitor just stole (probably another) one of his customers. I hope BB resolves to have better customer service in 2020! SO LONG BELL BROTHERS!!!

Just wanted to take a moment to thank Sam for coming out to maintain our heating system today. I have Bell Brothers come out twice a year in the winter and the spring to make sure our heating and cooling systems are working properly and they also do maintenance. I've had Bell Brothers come out twice and both times the technicians have been nice folks and very helpful.

Bell Brothers' customer service is amazing. Every time we call and have our air or furnace serviced we ask for Robbie and they accommodate our request even though he only does commercial accounts. We request him because he is professional and extremely thorough. Robbie takes time to explain everything and never makes us feel as though he doesn't have time. He wants to make sure we're educated and make informed decisions regarding not only service but purchases.

Ive been having Bell Brothers take care of my heating and cooling for three years. And it's been a really good experience. I've been very happy with each serviceman's work and professionalism.

In particular, Sam keeps on top of my furnace and communicates to me what I need to know. Thanks, Sam, great job!

Mitchell was very courteous, and professional! He arrived on time, and did a great tune up on our furnace. I am requesting he tune up our AC UNIT next spring..we have used Bell Brothers for several years. Great team!!

Dave did a great job and quickly figured out what the problem was with my furnace. He was super nice and friendly. Explained everything in a courteous way and ensured I understood. He even treated my dog like his own!

Bell Brothers Heating and Cooling is a really great place to visit when you need work done on your house. The employees there were very helpful, knowledgeable, and helped us find exactly what we needed. We will definitely be there again in the future.

Mason and the crew were great. Even our sales rep LJ came out to help and everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The new system looks and works great. We cannot recommend Bell Brothers enough.
