Just had a check-up performed on whole house generator by Deon from Kapital. What a pleasant , courteous and conscientious service provider. He found the reason for the sluggish start up (a bad spark plug) , changed the oil which had been neglected. I'm a fan.

Most unprofessional company ever. They are paying their employees cash for overtime and straight time. not time and a half for anything over 40 hours. When I went to pickup my check from their bensenville office it reaked of weed. They claimed it was a skunk but I wasn't born yesterday I know what pot smells like. I would not hire this company to do any of your electrical work.

Post-solar installation the experience with Kapital has been absolutely abysmal. They're MIA with no response to emails. They were supposed to submit my IPA Adjustable Block Program application, but they have not yet done so, and have not responded to emails either from me, nor the renewable energy credit broker through whom the application gets submitted. Due to their poor responsiveness and unprofessionalism, I will no longer work with them. There are better, more responsive solar companies in the area with whom you can work.

Just had Kapital Electric install a home electric vehicle charger. They did a great job, they talked me through a few options we had with the install, and really did a very professional job of running conduit to my parking space. I would definitely recommend.
