If i could give negative 100 stars, I would. We called G&R to replace an air conditioner in a condo building. They said they'd do it. We paid. It is now 13 days later. Multiple days off work, annoyed tenants, more money and NO WORKING AIR CONDITIONING. They sent out 3 different techs. The first one just decided he didn't like working for the company and quit--in the middle of the job. The next one dropped a part, broke it and said nothing about it, which required a third tech to come out and try to fix it. Then they said the unit they recommended needed a special line to be put in. We paid and waited again. They came out again today and didn't have the right tools to put in the line so they just left. Honestly worst company we have ever dealt with. Please do yourself a favor and AVOID like the plague. They still have our money and our tenants have no air.

It was my fault that I didn't read the lowest rating reviews, finally it happened. Technician came look around the furnace and said Blower motor not running it burned, Water leaking through furnace MOST LIKELY clogged drain at coil; to change this 1800 plus 2200. 95 dollar for visit. (i cancelled the check that different). I called another technician, he came 15 minutes he fixed it and it's working perfectly last 3 days. I don't understand how burned motor start working perfectly. If i would haven't call another tech you can guess. Note; A certified technician knows what happened to a furnace basically lying to make money.... "Not expecting a reply" just putting this review for other customers. thank you

So happy to have working air! After years of repairs we finally decided to invest in a new AC unit. Jacob came in to do the install and worked his butt off on an 85 degree day to get it up and running before the hottest part of the day. He was very professional and did a great job! G & R was overall very professional and fast. They handled my issue immediately and were able to get people here to do the install next day. Very happy with the service!

Doug was very knowledgeable and professional and believable. I felt very comfortable with his recommendation. He's a valuable employee. He could also be utilized as a trainer for new employees. Would recommend Doug to do your service.

They responded immediately to the request, and sent a tech out the next morning. Jay Siedelberg was polite and kept us up to date on what he was looking at and why. The repair was completed promptly.
