In 1976 The Acri Company moved into it's current location in Milan, IL (See picture above)Today The Acri Company has 15 sales brokers in a 3 state area in Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin. ACRI company recently completed siding and roofing replacement for my home. Don B and Jacob Acri were professional, respectful and low-pressure. I appreciate the company's professional integrity as well as the high quality work product. Crews were respectful and professional as well. The only request I would have had is for a bit more communication regarding project status so I would know when to expect crews on site. Otherwise, the experience went well.

Very pleased with our Acri Company windows. We’ve had them for about 10 years now. Recently we had an issue and had to call for service. The service man came out and took care of the issue. This is a great company to work with. Our home is much quieter and warmer with the new windows. Thank you Acri Company!

Although the company is more then happy to sell you windows and sliding doors and get them installed as quickly as possible so they can start collecting your payments, they are not nearly as willing to provide service after the fact when you have problems. I called twice last week and was told that someone would be getting in touch with me for a repair on a door that I have, but since I have gotten no call, I followed up today a week later only to be told the person in charge is on vacation and it will be a few weeks before they even get back to me. I guess this shows the value of their life-time guarantee. If you purchase windows or doors from them make sure you don't need service anytime after they complete the work. You have already paid so you are not that important to them anymore.

This company will never get my business. First of all they relentlessly called my home and mobile number until I finally, and unfortunately, picked up. I agreed to get an estimate simply because we do need new siding and I wanted to see how it stacked up to other estimates we received. I should have known that when they asked to come out at a time when my husband would be home that it was a mistake. I scheduled them to come give us an estimate at 5:30 so we would both be here. When that day came there was a strange man walking around my home around noon. He didn't come to the door at all. I assumed he was with Acri Company but had no idea. So at 5:30 when actually did come to the door I let him in. My husband had to run a quick errand with my boys and wasn't home. He didn't want to tell me anything without my husband here. I asked if he could just give me a rough idea and he went on and on about how he needed an hour to 90 min to give me an estimate. I said we weren't interested. He got angry and turned around and just left. Then turned back and tried to come back in and questioned if I knew what I was doing. I said I didn't need a sales pitch. This grown man's response was to slam the screen door in my face. I was holding my 10 month old and my two year old daughter was right there. He continued to talk down to me as he walked back to his car.
Maybe this behavior is why they have to cold call to get any business.

Just met with Joe Draper from Acri regarding bathroom remodel. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and no pressure in his presentation!!!! We discussed financing that they offer which is cheaper than credit card or loan rate. We were greatly impressed with the many different product choices!!!! I am looking forward to my new bathroom!!

Jacob Acri was very courteous and professional. The workers were considerate and respected our property. They took great care in protecting the surrounding landscape of the house and the pergola while they completed the tear off. During the construction, there was a large rainstorm and they protected the house so there were no leaks. The final product is outstanding and every bit of what Jacob had promised. The workers were also exceptional. Highly recommend!
