Midtown installed our sliding door within about four hours. The installer was very courteous, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. We love having a high quality door that keeps the cold out and the heat in during the winter. Midtown did a great job, and we would recommend them to anyone.

We had a fence installed by Midtown and absolutely LOVE IT. They were professional and courteous from the beginning of the process to the end. They kept us in the loop of when things were going to take place and were prompt and efficient with both their time and ours. Our fence was installed in one day, ONE DAY. And we could not be happier with the results - the quality is amazing! My husband and I will recommend Midtown to anyone who asks about our fence.

Midtown did an amazing job on our Zuri PVC deck! They were very professional and prompt with everything start to finish. Matt and Chad are very hard workers and had our 24' x 20' deck finished in under two weeks. We are thrilled with the outcome of it and just love to stare at it. It went in during the winter so we have yet to use it with warmer weather. The lighting on the stairs and caps really make it a finished look.

Midtown Home Improvements installed a slider on the back of my home in 2014. I am very satisfied with the durability of the door. We are having them replace another door on the home and a couple of windows.The salesman accommodated wants needs and the installation went smooth as well. Highly recommend this company for any work you need done on the home.

We contracted Midtown for a new front window and front door package with sidelight. The existing windows on the front of the house we wanted removed and then the new picture window moved to center on the front of the home. The original door didn’t have a sidelight so there was some cutting involved.
Our original sales adjuster lacked heavily in communication. He got some details wrong when explaining the process and costs. We lost faith and were about to cancel when Midtown sent an assistant manager out to work with us instead. He was an incredible improvement and worked with us every step of the way. Our project manager Brandy called and gave updates and the project was completed in a day. There were some pieces missing from the door package though so they had to send someone out again on two separate occasions to handle finishing touches on the door. All in all the project was done very well by the third party contractors that did the work and we are very happy with the new look of our home. The management highly values the satisfaction of their customers, if you’re having a problem reach out and talk with them they will do what they can to remedy the issue. 5 stars for picking up the pieces of some rather skeptical folks and still providing an excellent service.
