Mr. Meyer was professional and thoroughly knowledgeable of all aspects of the material covered in the service call. His explanation of each phase of what was involved was clear and concise, and his expertise at handling the necessary steps to complete the visit showed me that he was in complete control of the situation, and gave me confidence and trust in his ability as a technician. He was friendly.and personable, and did an outstanding job representing his company.

Guys were great!! Got me up and fixed in no time and didn't deliver any terrible news! Really appreciate the kindness and quickness at solving the issue. The guy Steve was pretty great with my psycho dog too ....extra bonus points!

Brandon was very courteous and efficient. He seemed knowledgeable
and truthful. We were impressed, but when the price is in that range we always check several contractors for their opinion and pricing.

I don't want to say very much about this place, to be honest. They replaced my furnace approximately 13 years ago and gave me wonderful service at a reasonable price. Obviously, the staff has changed since those days. Based on that experience, I decided to call them for a problem I had, which ended up being a minor issue. They tried to convince me I needed to replace my entire unit. I guess they weren't aware my room mate was in the next room listening to their every word while they were working. Their proposed solution was extremely expensive and not even necessary. They left parts loose on the unit and I came home hours later to a huge mess... that's not someone I want replacing my furnace/AC, OR returning to my home, in general. I got a 2nd opinion from another company, who disagreed completely with Anton's verdict on "all issues." I would consider other reputable companies that are serious about being honest and serving the public, as opposed to making "the almighty dollar." Super friendly? Sure! However, I found them very, very dishonest and just looking for a big sale.

I had Antons come out to fix an a/c that wasn't working less than 3 years ago. The issue was a blown capacitor. This past weekend I was experiencing the same issue with the AC and sure enough it was the capacitor once again. Not only was it infuriating that it hasn't even been 3 years since it was replaced last but that the company I had come out to replace it charged $100 less than Antons! The technician also made multiple mentions of things I needed to replace that would 'be going out in a few months' that are still working completely fine.
