Every time I have called Climate Masters they have responded quickly and been at my business within 2-3 hours of my placing the phone call. Even in the middle of July. Jamie serviced our account and he was both professional and efficient. Can’t say enough good things about him. He had our air conditioners up and running in no time at all. Thanks Jamie!!!!

Plan on staying cool in the summer and warm in the winter... I highly recommend, friendly staff, service priced moderate, quick response after hours.

AVOID AT ALL COST! Did NOT fix my AC properly, the WORST Customer Service. Left me stranded over the hot weekend with an elderly parent with cardiac illness and long haired pets because they were "too busy" to come back and do the job correctly. The tech was rude, the 2nd tech I only spoke with on the phone was rude and couldn't care less. I'M DONE WITH THIS BUSINESS AND WILL SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT MY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES WITH THEM. THEY TRULY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR THE WORK THEY DO.

When I called to schedule service I relayed that I do not have a flexible job and would have to take time off work for the service appointment and considering this, first appointment of the day worked best. I waited a week in a hot home for an 8am service appointment and took time off work to be there. Nobody showed up at 8am. I called the business and very nice young lady apologized and told me that she would locate the service person for an update and call me back. 20 minutes later, no call back so I called for an update. Again, the young lady was very nice and literally said that she PROMISED me a service call between 7:30 and 8:00 the following day. AGAIN, I took an extra hour off work this morning only to get a call at 7:55 from the service person informing me that it would take him at least 20 minutes to get to my home. I explained that I had taken off work again today and had to be to work by 9:00 with a 15-20 minute drive to work. I canceled the service appointment. I'm the type of person who tries to always take time to give positive reviews (I just did this yesterday), but I was very disappointed with the way they handled this service call. Looks like I will continue in 90 degree heat with no Freon in my a/c until I can find someone dependable to help!
