We had IES seal our crawl space. Everyone we dealt during the process was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The home inspector, Dan, spent two hours with us thoroughly reviewing his assessment findings, explaining our options and answering our questions. Stephanie, the project manager, kept us informed throughout the process, promptly addressed our questions and ensured everything was done according to the plan and schedule they had developed. The project leader, Miguel and his team, were prompt, courteous and very thorough. This was one of the most expertly managed and efficient home improvement projects we have undertaken. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend IES.

This organization is extremely impressive. They analyze the situation carefully, present a thoughtful solution and implement the plan efficiently and effectively. Large job. Crew worked well through a full week, was very efficient, and Job was completed on time. So far, we are very pleased with the results. We are looking forward to our home being more clean, energy efficient, and mold free. Have not needed to use our dehumidifier so far and that is a good sign.
