The TruGuard team is second to none. From our initial meeting to our final walkthough they were extremely responsive and attentive. We had many exterior aspects to the project (roof, gutters, siding, shutters, fascias, window trim) and they took care of them all. Would never hesitate to work with them again.

From start to end, all the employees we worked with were professional, honest and fun. We had the siding replaced on our house and it is gorgeous. I am beyond happy that we chose TruGuard. I have and will keep recommending them to all my friends. The next big expense is going to be replacing our windows, and when that time comes we will be calling up TruGuard once again. Big shout out to our project manager, Jason! Thanks for fantastic job!

Informative, professional, competent, and friendly team. We were kept informed of progress and necessary changes that were required. Reasonable cost for good quality work.

While I did not have any work done with this company I would like to rate my experience. At first I thought this was going to be way outside of our budget but actually was just a bit more expensive than average rate but with their financing options it makes it affordable, however their sales pitch is absolutely awful. It was so gimmicky. Had two people show up at the door. Really, it takes two? Both combined experience didn't add up to 4 years. Come on man! Never wanted to talk about what we wanted to do just wanted to chew the fat. They come back later to give you their sales pitch. They ended up taking pictures and getting measurements. When they did come back they want you to call these people they have done work for to get $100 off for everyone you contact. So in other words I have to work to get a discount. Another gimmick. I have mixed emotions about them. I mean you get a fine job with no corners cut, but that should be done anyways. I didn't like how they sent young guys who want to be comedians to a job that you're going to charge big dollars bills. Second off dont send guys that look like they are in college and look like they don't know how to turn a screwdriver. It just didn't feel right and I was uncomfortable the whole time.

Awful and upsetting experience. We just had an addition and had shingles left that were to be used on this repair. The sales rep saw the shingles and said we would use those to reduce the cost. Then he charged me for more new shingles. They brought new shingles and we had to "discuss" a credit because I already had the required shingles. They started working on the new construction instead of the area needing repair. They took off a new boot and put on their boot. They didn't speak English and I'm saying they are working in the wrong area. The supervisor was nowhere to be found. I called his supervisor, Travis, and he said that I had a better boot now and then the site supervisor had to go buy another boot because they worked in the wrong area. I felt disrespected because he didn't even say we were in the wrong area and we were wrong. I can't believe they try to make you thankful they made a mistake. It is crazy. The receptionist when I first called, Amy, refused to make an appointment with us unless my husband was present but he works all of the time. But since they had a cancellation she scheduled an appointment that afternoon. They are in the dark ages. Many husbands ask their wives to handle repairs when they are very busy and out of town (like a leaky roof). It has been a real pain doing business with this company. They are not customer oriented. I hope and pray the roof doesn't leak now. It costs a lot and many companies in Charlotte have much better customer service.
