Chris was very courteous and helpful during our maintenance service call.
He even spent the time to reset our three thermostats to the proper intervals. We are very happy with the service provided by Superior Heating and Air Conditioning.

The professionalism and quality of work of this company was amazing. They were always on time with appointments and phone calls, and the plumbing and re-wiring work they did for my bathroom was excellent! I will definitely be using them again for any future projects!

Our heat pump system was not working properly - the outside compressor unit was not running. Chris B., the service tech, quickly identified the issue and got the system running. He also spent nearly an hour thoroughly going over the entire system to check for any other issues. No charge as under service contract. Great visit - thanks to Chris B. and the Superior Air team.

Technician was very knowledgeable and customer friendly. He took the time to explain how my system works and what work he was going to perform. Asked me if I had questions. Cleaned up the area once he was done. Very satisfied with the technician which is a reflection of the company.

I was extremely pleased with the timely and professional service call I experienced. Technician Chris Hayes was able to determine the problem immediately and correct it promptly. Equally important, he seemed to understand my air conditioning and heat concerns. My academic friends would have given him an A++.

Chris B. was thorough, conscientious and answered/explained all my questions about the service call. It was our 6 month maintenance check and Chris found and cleared a drain line that was beginning to clog up. He also thoroughly cleaned the outside coils, changed filters, confirmed refrigerant pressure levels, air handler temperature delta, and capacitor condition. Great tech and service call!

Called for service in the morning and Jason H. was at the house in the afternoon. He was so helpful and explained everything he found at each step and how he was going to fix it. Also made some recommendations on how to make our system run better. Could not have been happier with Jason and Superior Air.

Jason was awesome! I called thinking the issue with my A/C was just with our thermostat, and there was much more than I expected. He not only took care of the issues but educated me and had suggestions on how to maintain along the way. I really appreciate his help and expertise! I would recommend this company to anyone.

Superior sent someone out to us last week when our AC stopped working. I was really impressed that they were able to come to our home after hours and get there so quickly. The technician was incredibly nice as well. However, I’m leaving the 3 stars because we were told our unit was installed in 2002 and later found out from another company that it was actually manufactured in 2008. It’s a Goodman so from what I understand the numbers are portrayed a little differently from others. We were also told that the coils were very old, contradicting what the other company told us as well. Superior highly encouraged us to replace the unit instead of the costly repair, which is understandable with the age they told us, possible knowing the right age as well. But considering that we are pretty young and currently don’t have the financial stability to handle what would be a multi-thousand dollar replacement in getting a new unit, the correct information would’ve made the situation and our decision more clear initially. I’m not saying that they did any of this intentionally and maybe the benefit of the doubt is in order for this, but I wanted to share my experience.
