If these people come to your door and offer a quote, be aware itâ€™s not a quote but an absurdly long sales pitch, and the last thing they want to talk about is an actual price.

Customer service is so very important and goes a long way when dealing with perspective customers...especially those that are unsure and are feeling their way through a home renovation process. I canceled my contract not because I didnâ€™t want to do business with them but because I had some concerns and questions that I needed clarified before the 3 business day contract binding period. I reached out to speak with the Sales Agent to set some time for us to discuss my concerns and was routed to the General Manager. Beyond and prior to my very limited interaction with someone that identified as the General Manager things had been very pleasant. His response and tone to my concerns are indicative to exactly what they would be post install and payment.
What would help perspective customers would be to extend the binding period to allow for the additional discussions and questions that are bound to be needed and warranted for such a major financial investment.

Look! I ainâ€™t never asked for any of these people services but Iâ€™m on the road driving behind one of their vans and they was holding up damn traffic STOPPED AT A GREEN LIGHT! Just cackling and talking having a good ol time when I drove around them. I never heard of them before donâ€™t know what they do but I know I will never use their service. PERIODT

If you want to go back in time to the days of vacuum door yo door salesmen then sign up for a free estimate. What we expected to be a short walk thru and quote turned into a 90 minute demonstration with all the bells and whistles. They even had a binder of preselected references for my husband to call on the spot- which we did not partake in. When I tried to leave the conversation to attend work, the reps required that I stay or that they would need to come back. They insisted that they could not continue with my husband alone. After the demonstration, we were questioned as to why we were taking notes. Upon decision time we were asked to wait while the rep got on the phone with his manager to strike us up a deal â€œwe couldnâ€™t refuseâ€. After explaining that we were just looking for a quote for our projected project timeline, we were criticized for our model of paying for things in cash and not wanting to finance the expensive windows. Overall the reps were nice and informative, but we were completely blindsided into this experience and thankful for the other customer reviews we found on google.
