Couldn't be happier with our new bathroom and they are installing our windows next Monday. I will update with the progress but if it goes as well as the bathroom installed in the roofing and gutters we had put on over 2 years ago I would imagine I will give them a another 5 star rating! I would recommend this company to my friends and family without a doubt.

Amazing service! They did an excellent job on my roof there went ahead and purchase windows in gutters This time around and I couldn't be happier! I had 4 or 5 Contractors give me An estimate but no one was able to give me an exact price except for These guys. They were not the cheapest but they were definitely fair and the service was amazing. Installation Went perfect exactly as the sales representative proposed when we met with him. I highly recommend this company!

I had to select one star because I couldn't proceed selecting zero. To start the guy from Paradise knocked on my door on Christmas Eve. He said they were in the neighborhood offering no cost estimates. He asked if I needed gutter guards. I said that I didn't feel like we needed them back when my father and I installed them and they had been doing pretty good so far so no. Then he asked if we need any repairs to the soffits to keep from having to paint them ever again. I had been wanting to do some trim repairs so I said sure why not. So I decided to schedule an estimate even though I had originally planned to do myself. He took down some information. He said thay my wife and I needed to be here the day of and said a rep would call to confirm the appointment later. About an hour later I'm pretty sure I missed a call from them but they left no voicemail. Today, two days after the initial meeting they called again and I was able to answer this time. Side note, after talking to my wife about the scheduled estimate and repairs and discussing finances we decided to postpone the repairs. So now no estimate would be needed. I had no contact information or paperwork regarding Paradise because the door salesman didn't leave a card or any contact information. Ignorance on my part not to ask for at least a business card. Now back to The follow up call. When I answered the rep asked to speak to me. I said this is him. He said he was calling to confirm the appointment for a soffit repair estimate on Friday. I said yes but after speaking to my wife and hashing finances we've decided to postpone repairs and I said the estimate wouldn't be necessary now. And before I could say anymore he speaks up and chuckles and says well this is a no cost estimate. There are no obligations. I said yes I'm aware but at this point I would just like to cancel the appointment. His response to me is mainly why I'm leaving this negative review. He then literally started laughing and said okay buddy and ..... hung up on me. I was waiting for a response of no problem sir we will get this cancelled but if you want to reschedule or need any home repairs in the future here is our information we would like to earn your business etc etc etc. Yet I get the rep laughing and a hang up. My wife told me later that she researched Paradise and said their reviews were horrible. Now I know why. Paradise will never handle any business for me.

Customer service is a major factor in today's environment.
A salesman from Paradise Home Improvement knocked on my door and I didn't answer. I have a "No Soliciting" sign on my door. Five minutes later another salesman from the same crew knocked on my door. I answered the door and pointed out the no soliciting sign. His reply was "But, I'm not trying to sell you anything". I clearly have newer windows and guards on all my gutters yet they left a door knob hanger advertising windows and gutter guards. My very first interaction with this company clearly shows a lack of communication. If I were in the market, I would look elsewhere.

Ps...My Ring doorbell shows them twice at my front door and once at my back door...NOT GOOD!

If these people come to your door and offer a quote, be aware it's not a quote but an absurdly long sales pitch, and the last thing they want to talk about is an actual price.

Customer service is so very important and goes a long way when dealing with perspective customers...especially those that are unsure and are feeling their way through a home renovation process. I canceled my contract not because I didn't want to do business with them but because I had some concerns and questions that I needed clarified before the 3 business day contract binding period. I reached out to speak with the Sales Agent to set some time for us to discuss my concerns and was routed to the General Manager. Beyond and prior to my very limited interaction with someone that identified as the General Manager things had been very pleasant. His response and tone to my concerns are indicative to exactly what they would be post install and payment.

What would help perspective customers would be to extend the binding period to allow for the additional discussions and questions that are bound to be needed and warranted for such a major financial investment.

Look! I ain't never asked for any of these people services but I'm on the road driving behind one of their vans and they was holding up damn traffic STOPPED AT A GREEN LIGHT! Just cackling and talking having a good ol time when I drove around them. I never heard of them before don't know what they do but I know I will never use their service. PERIODT
