I put a review based on personal first hand experience, having to deal with the aftermath of how this company left my parents bathroom! My parents then went to talk with owners about all of this bolonga! They did NOT do anything to satisfy my parents disappointment!! Then they realized I put a review on here and they came out to my parents car as they were getting ready to leave and had the audacity to ask them to try and convince me to edit my review!!! WOW!!!!! Again over $14,000 and left the bathroom in disarray!!!

Very disappointed with the warranties/guarantees/aftercare.

Primary reason for new windows was a leak. I made the salesperson aware multiple times about the leak. Salesperson said I did not need a new window frame and if they discovered any rot, I would be covered under the 'no change order guarantee' to replace the frame. New windows look great! Leak continued so I pulled back some of the siding. The new window was installed into a rotten frame (even after I made the salesperson and installer fully aware and have a written opinion from the salesperson that I did not need a new frame.

Finally got in touch with a manager. He noted that it was the original builder's fault and that THI were not responsible for fixing this. He says this is not a window issue, but a wall issue and that to fix it I could pay them to replace all the siding and put house wrap on my walls.

Cameron was absolutely totally a wonderful young man!!! He was so polite and explained things in such detail, that we understood very well the entire process of purchasing windows! He spent a lot of time with us, answered all of our questions. We ordered windows for our entire house and two sliders, and he went over very carefully every single one in the details of it! We are very happy to be going with this company and feel completely satisfied with what the product will be! We had three other quotes from other companies and by far this is the best company! Cameron was the best sales person by far!

Horrible company and experience overall. The company forgot to apply my down payment check on my account before forwarding it the finance company. I found this out as I am working with my bank to pay off the loan. The company is hard to get ahold of. The sales tactics were pushy and wanted an immediate signature with payment. The office staff is too casual and, as I said, messed up applying my initial deposit so my account is reflected inaccurately. Overall very scammy tactics and not knowledgeable office staff.

The only good thing about this is the installation crew did a good job and were very efficient and nice. Sadly this doesn’t reflect on the whole company. I would not recommend them.

I am very happy and satisfied with the work Top Home Improvements did installing the new windows in my home. The team was professional, courteous, and worked efficiently from start to finish. They explained the process, answered my questions, and made sure everything was done right.

The windows look great and have already made a difference in the comfort of my home. Cleanup was thorough, and the overall experience was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Top Home Improvements to anyone looking for quality window installation.

From the first contact through the final inspection today, every employee I encountered was professional, helpful, personable, and pleasant to deal with. Installation occurred before promised with minimal disruption to the household. Questions were answered quickly, quality is excellent, price was comparable to other information I received. I am most happy with all aspects of my experience.

I want to give a shout out to Bill Jayne that works for this company! Bill was very nice, congenial, transparent with everything, thorough & you could tell his job was importantly to him. The presentation was a bit long for us, guess it wasn’t what we expected; but it’s his job & what he does! We appreciate all the information we received.
We didn’t ever hear of Malarkey shingles, they are different & looked like they were made well. Nice colors to choose from. Unfortunately, we just didn’t want to pay the price; it was quite high for our budget. Overpriced for our budget; it’s the way it is!
We just needed a simple roof. But I’m sure there are ppl out there that will love everything about the shingles & everything involved!

Your salesman Joe came to my house on 5-9-24. He did take some pictures on the roof and looked in my craw space. He was inside of my house for roughly 6 hours. He told me if I guessed the price of the job he would take me to dinner but only McDonalds because he did not have much money. I was taken advantage of I wrote the check for 1,500 dollars and he left. I had Until no later than 5-14 to cancel my bid. My Financial advisor called and spoke with joe to try and get my 1,500 dollars back in good faith. This did not work either. I will keep sending reviews until my 1,500 is returned to me. I do not want anyone come to my house and I do not want anyone to call me or hassle me in anyway. I want my 1,500 check mailed to me or I will write a review every day unit my check comes in the mail.

Top Home Improvements is the best window business I have ever had! I enjoyed the team that made it possible. Top Home Improvement rocks!
