Willis came by my house yesterday to talk to our son about the advantages of going solar. I have lived in my phone for nearly 40 years and while I am old the decision was easy. My family who will be taking over the home will be energy independent for many years. He wasnt pushy and respected that when we wanted to discuss it he politely stepped out and gave us time to have a real conversation. We came to an agreement that Wells Solar was the only option for us after many previous consultations.

Loved the experience from sales to commissioning, with a special shout-out to Jo and Sherry. Every Wells Solar employee was professional, courteous and dedicated to giving world-class customer service. Feel I’m a part of the family, as I can call with questions or requests for help even after my positive installation experience. Am enjoying life as I reduce my carbon footprint thanks to the excellent solar installation from Wells.

We have had our Wells Solar panels installed for about 2 years now. They have operated flawlessly other than a small issue that Wells promptly fixed. Since then we have had no issues. Our salesperson, Matt, was very easy to work with and kept us up to date through the whole process. We were even able to make $500 off their referral program.. We would definitely recommend Wells Solar.

Katelyn Ryan was first contact, absolutely top flight. She carefully explained everything, patiently answered every question. She was clear, very smart and really cared about me as customer. She represented me to her managers and higher ups. They revised initial plan of 19 panels to 36, based on my future plans for additional family members to come.

Jake Stewart was terrific, positive, totally supportive and he adapted the initial plan to my request for 36 panels, complete with plans, etc.

Elizabeth was quite positive from New Jersey office. TImothy Brennan from the same office spent a great deal of time answering some burning questions, such as, "Why is the big deadline 2019? The Feds will never offer credit again?" Tim broke down the facts I sought: 30% incentive credit in 2019, 26% in 2020 and 22% in 2021, perhaps no incentive at all from there on.
Tim also explained how the cost of 36 panels would equal the cost of 19 panels ($3.20 per Watt. Although total costs were $19,152 and $38,592 respectively. The ratio of total cost to power came out the same, $3.20/Watt. Matt Kieley (Tim's manager) clarified Activation Date, Notice of Completion (About Oct 17), subsequent notifications and that I had 18 months from Notice of Completion, not Activation Date, and he told me about Form 5695 required to process. Katelyn firmed the date of Dividend Financial billing for 22nd of each month. Matt confirmed the first autopay would be 17 November.

The crew that installed the panels were just great, positive, careful, attentive and quite respectful young men to deal with. I feel like I made some friends. They were just great and finished installation in a day.
