Katelyn Ryan was first contact, absolutely top flight. She carefully explained everything, patiently answered every question. She was clear, very smart and really cared about me as customer. She represented me to her managers and higher ups. They revised initial plan of 19 panels to 36, based on my future plans for additional family members to come.

Jake Stewart was terrific, positive, totally supportive and he adapted the initial plan to my request for 36 panels, complete with plans, etc.

Elizabeth was quite positive from New Jersey office. TImothy Brennan from the same office spent a great deal of time answering some burning questions, such as, "Why is the big deadline 2019? The Feds will never offer credit again?" Tim broke down the facts I sought: 30% incentive credit in 2019, 26% in 2020 and 22% in 2021, perhaps no incentive at all from there on.
Tim also explained how the cost of 36 panels would equal the cost of 19 panels ($3.20 per Watt. Although total costs were $19,152 and $38,592 respectively. The ratio of total cost to power came out the same, $3.20/Watt. Matt Kieley (Tim's manager) clarified Activation Date, Notice of Completion (About Oct 17), subsequent notifications and that I had 18 months from Notice of Completion, not Activation Date, and he told me about Form 5695 required to process. Katelyn firmed the date of Dividend Financial billing for 22nd of each month. Matt confirmed the first autopay would be 17 November.

The crew that installed the panels were just great, positive, careful, attentive and quite respectful young men to deal with. I feel like I made some friends. They were just great and finished installation in a day.
