We would not recommend Universal Windows Direct, and this is a very disappointing review about work that never happened. We had one sales rep come to our house and spend two hours selling us on work claiming it was the best possible price. We declined because pressure sales tactics are rarely conducive to good consumer decision-making. The next day, a company rep called us and said they were offering rebates for the work, as long as we were ok with a sales manager coming on a subsequent day – we agreed. A few days later, another sales rep, not a manager, came by and said the work couldn’t even be done as stated due to some architectural issues with our house. We never received an updated quote either. We had another window company come out, and that company had no issues giving us a quote and all the details. We called Universal Windows back and finally got to a manager, who asked us to send pictures of the windows, so that he could send us an accurate quote. It’s been almost two weeks, and we’ve had zero response from Universal Windows. No emails, no return calls, absolutely nothing. We wasted hours on the appointments, phone calls, and emails all to no avail. This experience was a total waste of our time, and although Universal Windows has been very friendly in communication, nothing has come of it. We will likely never know what they can and can’t do for us or how much it would have cost.

Jason, Dustin and Mike did a wonderful job! I got all 23 windows replaced on a 1929 home and they look amazing! They were friendly, introduced themselves, worked hard and went the extra mile to make sure everything was installed perfectly.

I called to get an estimate for windows. They said they cannot come and give me an estimate for windows if my husband’s not with me at that time. I own a beauty salon there’s usually 9 to 15 people in our salon. They said the reason why is because I’m a woman and I need to have my husband with me when they’re giving me an estimate on replacement windows. I think that’s crazy and I would never call them again.

I love my new windows - they look wonderful inside and out!! The entire process from getting an estimate, finalizing our order and installation was very easy. Jennifer did a great job explaining and showing us everything the windows offer. The installation crew was excellent! They showed up on time, were very careful working around things in the house and cleaned up down to every wood chip. They were professional, courteous and showed me all the functions of the windows. They even cleaned branches off my roof and my gutters!!! I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Universal Windows Direct to everyone.
