We are renovating a historic cabin and needed two replacement windows to match the existing windows. I was unsure if we’d be able to match them exactly, but hoped we could get close. Jim and Jessica helped us find some Pella windows we could custom design and then drew them up with the exact measurements. Jim and Jessica were attentive and quick to respond with any questions I had. When the windows arrived we were blown away at how beautiful they were and what a great replica they were of the existing windows. The communication throughout the process was excellent, and they delivered within the expected time frame. I highly recommend Accent Windows as a source for any windows you are looking for. They really came through with exactly what we wanted. Thank you!

This is the second home we’ve had Accent replace the windows on. As always, they were professional and the quality of the work and the windows is excellent.

We went to the home show to look at different options for replacing our 20 year old builder grade windows. We had a few different companies come to our home and give us quotes and we ended up choosing Accent Windows.

The windows were installed when promised and look beautiful, including the stucco repairs to match the new windows. I cannot wait to see how well they perform through the different seasons.

If you're looking for an honest, reliable and non-pushy window company, I would recommend giving Accent Windows a call.

We are extremely happy with the windows and service provided by Accent Windows. We had several windows replace, one of the windows was changed into a bay window that required a lot of extra time and care. I was happy to see all the windows done in one day and the workmanship is just beautiful. The new windows have saved us a lot on our electric and gas bill (especially the west facing ones). Fantastic quality, work and customer service.

Our windows and sliding doors ended up looking nice. However, from a customer experience perspective, our experience with Accent Windows was not great: Jim quoted 10 weeks for our project and it ended up taking 21 weeks; I did not receive promised proactive updates (I had to keep calling Jessica on dates I was told I would hear back from them, but never did); I asked for a discount after so many back-and-forth conversations and missed deadlines and was offered a tiny 1% 'good faith' discount; installation took place in separate sessions, due to missing materials, when I specifically requested no install until all materials had arrived; I have two different sliding doors installed for some reason; and finally after we paid our balance in full, we were told that we could not get a receipt for 3 business-days (seems odd in today's technology age). Overall, 21 weeks later (11 weeks over quoted time frame), things worked out okay, but this experience was rough.
