Our installers Beau W. and Joe S. Were courteous and professional. The product itself is amazing. Me heater rarely turns on as compared to before! Also, it's noticeably quieter in our home.

I had my windows installed in the summer and wanted to see how they did on cold days before I wrote my review. We live in the mountains and today it was 17 degrees. There are no drafts, no more ice in the corners, and we are using less wood to heat the house. Even my husband has noticed the difference. We had 12 windows replaced. My favorite part is the new screens. I can see the wildlife so much better through the windows now. It's like the screen is not even there!
There are two that were not manufactured correctly, and I will have them replaced. I was told to give it a few months because sometimes they settle in and work better after that time. Not the case with these two. I have a lifetime warranty and I am not worried about it.
the Crew was Beau W / Joe S. They were patient and very good at answering questions. These are not cheep windows that you put into a house you are going to flip. These are your forever windows that go in a house you plan to stay in for a very long time. Well worth the money!

My wife and I got 1 window installed and it cost $3500 & $3150 after discounts. The frame, which I was extremely excited because of the high strength material it is made of. It was manufactured poorly in my opinion. In the corners their air gaps and not flush. Plus their are screws not fully seated into the frame and outside the siding is missing below the frame. For $3150 I would expect perfection from the manufacturer and installers. They want to fill the gaps with caulking, not what you would expect from a $3150 product. We like the glass, because it is removable. The construction of the frame would be perfect, if the air gaps were re-engineered to be fully closed, looks very unprofessional with the gaps. Gets 1 star because of the cost of the window and how it is constructed. I would give it a 4 if it was $1000 for the window. Everyone are very nice except for 1 of the measurement workers.
