Grandmark Service Company sent Gerardo to my house to help me with my issue. Our air conditioning unit stopped working the day before but was working when Gerardo arrived. Gerardo ran the diagnostics for free since we're members and gave us his recommendations. He even called his employers to get a second opinion and to ensure everything was correct. He recommended that one of the motors in our AC is pushing more than it should, so that one should be considered to be changed. He gave us the option to not change it since it's working, but he didn't want to leave us to deal with the heat, so he recommended that we do. I requested that he change both the condenser motor and the blower motor, because he had them since 2008 and Gerardo was happy to help. He changed them without a problem, and they have been running great since. He even put our blower motor on high when it was set to low.
A few days later, the noise of the high blower motor was bugging me. So, I called Grandmark again and they sent Gerard out. He quickly put the blower motor back to low and our AC unit is nice and quiet. I'm very pleased with its output and how quiet it is!

Dave was really friendly and helpful. Great customer service. He explained everything he was doing and made sure I had the report before he left. Grand Mark's service was a lifesaver! After Lee's suggested I needed a new unit, which would cost me $27,000. Eric went above and beyond explaining what was wrong with my AC unit and didn't lie or add extra stuff to the estimate like the other company did (Lee's). Very professional and knowledgeable, he fixed the issue in minutes and reccomended what to do next. I didn't hesitate to sign the bill because he was very honest and truthful, and the precie was very fair, not thousands like the other company wanted to charge me. I'll keep having this company service my unit. Great experience and very reccomended.

Our initial meeting was great, but after we confirmed we would be moving forward with our roofing replacement project we were extremely disappointed with the communication we received. We had an appointment on Wednesday 5-6. We did not have anyone show up or communicate that no one would be showing up. The person that set up the appointment was texted to ask for an update, but we did not receive an response until the following day around 11am. At that time, we were told we had another appointment Thursday 5-6 and the previous appointment was missed due to the person coming from out of town. Around 7pm on Thursday, the technician still did not show/communicate. At this point we called the office to let them know we would not be moving forward with the project and that we were disappointed in their communication. At about 5 to 8pm, our doorbell rang - it was the technician. We informed him we called the office and would not be moving forward with the project due to the missed appointments and lack of communication. We had high hopes for this company as there are many great reviews, but are now left disappointed.
Update: After seeing the response from the owner, we are so relieved we did not hand over our hard earned money to a company who cant even accept responsibility for their own shortcomings. We never once received a call / text / notice from anyone that both of our scheduled appointments would be late and/or missed.
Also, I do not personally believe it is appropriate for a technician to come to my home 5 minutes to 8 pm to complete an appointment that was scheduled 2 hours earlier without notice, especially after your office had been notified we would not be moving forward with the project.

I did give 5 stars at first but then i had another technician come look at my A/C unit. Eric was very nice and helpful but was charging me more than I actually needed. I called someone else to come get a second opinion because I thought I was being charged way too much. Turns out, I was. The other technician said it was my capacitor that needed to be changed only. That it had looked like someone tampered with my unit to make it seem like I needed a lot more done. Grandmark said it was my circuit board and capacitor. That was a lie. I will not recommend this company and i will get more opinions from now on.
