The symbol was established to minimize greenhouse gas emissions and diverse pollutants brought about by the ineffective use of energy. It makes it easy for people to identify and buy energy-efficient appliances which help them to reduce their utility bills without forgoing comfort, performance, and advanced features.

    These are some great tips, and I appreciate your advice to consider gas or electric when choosing a stove. All the stoves I’ve had in the past have been electric, but I hadn’t realized that gas had so many benefits. I’ll definitely look into that more, and I might consider getting a gas range instead.
