What is your most popular product(s)?

We’re seeing that the products that let in the most light and bring the outdoors in are incredibly popular, such as our Scenic Doors and Ultimate Casement Windows and Awnings. These products are a perfect fit with the modern style that’s so on trend today. Homeowners who love this look are on the hunt for expansive glass with clean lines. Square profiling, tall patio doors, black hardware, and gray, metallic bronze and black exteriors are just as popular, and perfect for that style.

Do you offer any warranties?

Absolutely we do! Marvin ® brand windows and doors are covered by our industry-leading limited warranty.

Where are your products made?

Marvin Windows and Doors is headquartered in Warroad, Minn., and our window and door products are handcrafted in the USA at one of our several manufacturing locations.

Where can your products be purchased?

Our products can be purchased from independent, locally-owned dealers across the US, and they’re are also available internationally.

How can homeowners get in on savings?

One of the best ways for homeowners to save money on a window replacement is by purchasing energy-efficient windows to help reduce utility bills. At Marvin, we offer a multitude of high performance, energy-efficient windows and doors that help save on energy costs. We also recommend that homeowners work closely with their local dealer to ensure they are buying the best windows and doors for their home’s environment, whether that be coastal or dry, warm or cold.

In what ways is your company making strides to be more environmentally friendly?

Marvin has an ongoing commitment to environmentally-sound business practices in order to minimize our environmental footprint. We focus on rethinking the value chain, improving resource productivity while lowering environmental costs, and implementing green practices. For example, we recycle scrap wood materials to produce heat and power for our operations, which lowers our manufacturing plants’ demands for energy. Another example of efforts is our controlled wood source policy to ensure wood materials used are sourced from responsibly managed forests.

What sets your company apart from your competitors?

What began more than 100 years ago as a family company built on a code of honesty, hard work, and a service to our neighbors is now one of the world’s premier window and door companies. Each Marvin product is uniquely made to order, to meet our customer’s exact specifications. With endless customizations, exclusive innovations, high-performance energy-efficiency options, and our unmatched personal service at every point in the process, customers will be able to find beautiful windows and doors for every project.

What are your best tips or advice for homeowners who need a replacement or repair?

Do your research. Understand the performance grade of the product, in addition to its energy efficiency. It’s also important to experience the products before purchasing.

Choose a trustworthy company. Working with a dealer that you trust will make you much more comfortable during the decision process. Find a company that provides confidence with its replacement and installation process, and also make sure they have a strong, transferable warranty (the details matter!).

Get creative. If you’re familiar with the various types of windows and doors, you might be surprised to know that you do not have to fill the space with the same type of product. For example, where an awning window once was, a new casement window could take its place. There’s no need to be confined by what previously existed.

Design inspiration is everywhere. Our inspiration gallery showcases everything from new construction to renovation projects around the world. You’ll find every style, from traditional to modern, to help you find your ideal window!
