Able Roof - Mr Roof

Able is the best! They recently completed a pair of projects for us, to replace our roof and gutters. Everything was great from start to finish, all the staff who worked with us and the quality of their work:

Sales / proposal visit was soon afterward. After a complete review of our roof & gutters, very professionally provided options & all the info we needed.
Project scheduling contacted us promptly and scheduled the work more quickly than expected.
Project managers contacted us during and immediately afterward the projects, reviewed the completed work, and were very focused on assuring that Able did quality work and met our expectations.
Work crews were excellent – communicated well with us, respected our property, and did one-day high quality work (including cleanup).
All this was consistent with 2 projects by Able masonry group in the past few years, as well as with their previous roof replacement over 3 decades ago.

Able Roofing did an excellent job.They were fast, friendly and extremely helpful in working with my insurance company. Before the job, my estimator, Ryan, was patient and knowledgeable. Afterwards
the project manager, Robert, came out immediately to review the work. There were 2 minor problems that he took care of immediately.

We recently had our roof replaced with Able roofing and while they were not the cheapest quote we received we thought they offered the best warranty with a great product.
The crew was on time, thorough and did an amazing job cleaning up. I run an in home day care and we have 3 dogs so this was a big concern for us. We did not find one piece left behind. There was one be small piece of fascia that was damaged but our team lead sent out a repair crew the following week and repaired it.
All in all we are extremely pleased with the process.

Able came out to inspect my home after a hail storm. I was told I had damage to my siding and roof. I filed a claim with my insurance and set an appointment for Able to join my insurance in inspecting the house. The day of the inspection no one showed up. I never received any pictures or understanding of the damages to my roof and couldn't explain to my insurance company without them. There was no communication with me after that day. I reached out again a few weeks later to explain my frustrations with the lack of communication. I was put in contact with the same person who didn't show up for my appointment, who told me they would come back that weekend to take more pictures and work with my insurance. No one showed up again and no one is working with my insurance. Haven't heard from them since. Horrible communication and experience overall.

Had a great experience working with able roofing after a storm damaged multiple areas of my home. Able roofing was excellent with their responsiveness, and helping me navigate my insurance claim, and advocating on my behalf. They provided superior service and I’m very pleased with all the work they did. Brett was exceptionally helpful and I felt very confident throughout the process in working with him.

We had roof damage from a hail storm so I called multiple roofing companies in my area to get quotes. Able sent out Rich who came within the week and was truly a pleasure to work with.

Sales/Management
Rich was the ONLY roofing rep that gave me up front estimates and stuck to them which saved us thousands of dollars. Not only that but he was there every step of the way to ensure I was getting the most out of my insurance claim when insurance low balled various items. Rich was extremely responsive, he would have back and fourth communication with me and my insurance agent multiple times a day which was critical in keeping the projects moving.

Rich also came prepared and provided me with installation/material options which were at various prices. Regardless of the option you chose though, you were getting a quality roof installed with quality products.

Execution
Rich's team came out a couple of weeks later. They started early in the morning and completed the install by the end of the work day. Even though they were quick, the install quality was great. We have had no leaks.

Enjoyed a contractor who listened and heard my specific needs of design and specific project goals. Loved the real samples which helped with choosing colors.

He came out and price matched the previous quote I had and gave me options to finance. The job was completed within 2 weeks of the quote and it only took 1 day to complete. I am extremely happy with new roof! I love the color and would definitely recommend them to anyone!
