Couto Construction

Had the Couto team refurb our large backyard shed. Goal was to eliminate the need to paint it in the future. They arrived as promised and quickly completed the job! Quality of the window and door(Provia) they suggested was exceptional and installation was flawless. Siding and trim work exceeded our expectations. Thanks to Nick B. and Devan for making this a seamless and hassle free project for us!

We needed work done on the front of our gambrel garage. Total replacement of two windows and the door on the second floor of the exterior of the garage.
Sales rep. took the measurements and photos then forwarded to office. They would make the custom door. Contract signed
We were very nervous about the door being made. So when the Couto truck arrived, a very personable young man came over and introduced himself. Hi, I'm Logan. The first question I had. May I see the door? He did not have it. Carlos the Project Manager was on his way. He will make it on sight. Oh, this is not a good feeling, door has to be made and painted. We did not have a good feeling.
Well I have to tell you, what an awesome crew! Carlos made the door, sanded & primed it. Logan and Fernando put the two coats on, along with the installation of windows and trim. They were just a wonderful efficient crew. They NAILED IT! I cannot stop looking at our painted, properly made custom door. What an improvement! I also can't stop admiring the professional job done on the front of our garage. Thank you, Carlos, Logan & Fernando

Josue was an attentive and responsive project manager. Lastly, the crew was incredible! We had only three days of good weather amidst an extended period of rain and the crew was able to complete the project during that time. The new roof looks fantastic and there is absolute no waste left on site. We haven't found a single nail. From the initial meeting through to completion, the Couto team was top-notch! Rob Jacobsen did an excellent presentation & explanation, Laura, Cassie & Jason made financing easy, & my project manager, Josue Correa, was in contact as the work progressed. Very happy to have a new roof and gutters & gutter protection installed in a single day! Many thanks to their army of installers who showed up promptly and who did a magnificent job!

Couto was amazing from start to finish. From girls in the office making appointments & assisting with financing.
Joe Raposo who came out right on time to give our estimate. He stayed for over an hour explained everything, how the process would go, answered all our questions.
And finally to our project manager Josue & his crew who did the replacement. It was a tough one. They came out even when he though he couldn't due to the weather, stayed 9a-9p & got all the back done. After a rain day they completed the front in half a day. Again he answered all questions, his whole team is like a, well oiled machine! Thanks to everyone
