New Windows for America

Mike and Tyler gave us everything we we looking for with our kitchen cabinets. They look great, installation was quick, their professionalism was obvious, they addressed our concerns. This crew was the best. We’re very happy with the whole Mad City experience, and the Mike and Tyler crew were the best! Well done Mad City!

Travis and his crew did a great job with our window installation this week. They were on time daily, kept us up to date on their progress (along with any issues they ran into to), and answered all questions we had along the way. We apreciate their hard work and knocking it all out so quickly. It's only been a few days, but we already notice a big difference with the house temperature and how often the A/C runs in the summer temps.

We went with New Windows and Bath For America to replace 7 of our windows and our back sliding door. We were very impressed with their salesman that came out and talked to us. Not only did he show us all the different products but listened to what we wanted to do and made suggestions to help our ideas come to life. He was not trying to push the most expensive products which was nice. He told us what he thought and then listened to what we wanted to do. We changed our front window which was 4 crank windows to 2 cranks on the side and one full picture window. It is amazing!!! Brings so much more light into the room which the salesman suggested. The back sliding door is a huge upgrade! We had cold air seeping through our old door and now we can stand barefoot by the back door with no problems at all. The total installation was scheduled for 2 days work which was no big deal to us. But the installers, (who were very courteous, funny, and on time) got the whole project done in 6 hours time. We were amazed! The company also called us the next day to see how things went and asked if we had any questions. We will definitely use this company again and recommend them to any of our friends. The storm windows would need to be removed to clean the exterior of windows, meaning that to clean the windows, the storms (and screens) would never be able to go back up. We decided that it made more sense for us to get new windows.

We contacted four different window companies to get price quotes, a better sense of warranties, and financing options. Based on what we heard, New Windows for America made the most sense for us.

We love the service we have been receiving from them, all the way from scheduling a quote conversation to the installation and follow up. Michael, our sales person, did a great job showing us more about the company and product via a Zoom call during social distancing. Rudy, the person who measures rough openings to ensure the right products are ordered, even suggested the red flashing we picked to go around the exterior of our windows. Nick and Alex, our installation team, did a great job addressing any concerns we had, letting us know what to expect, and made our windows look gorgeous. All of the in-office staff who have scheduled appointments and kept us updated have been helpful and nice.

Since installation, we have had two significant rainfall events. So far, so good--the windows are handling everything well and there is no leaking around the installation. We are so happy with the functionality, efficiency, and easier cleaning capabilities of our new windows! For the service, financing, and warranty, I don't think you can beat New Windows for America.
