Five Star Bath Inc

I had been thinking about a new walk in shower for a while when a friend told me she was having her shower replaced by Five Star Bath Solutions. I called them and I'm so glad I did! This company was truly five star to work with from beginning to end. Josh visited me and went over all of my options. He offered suggestions. Some I opted in for and some I did not. I never felt pressured to upgrade or add items I didn't want. Craig came to take measurements, photos and explain what the process would be. James and Cameron were awesome installers! Could not have asked for nicer young men. They took care with everything in my home and cleaned up when they left. They took all of the trash and debris with them. I didn't have to do anything but open the door for them. All of the staff at Five Star were great with communication. And you can't beat the lifetime warranty. I felt like a valued customer. I am thrilled with my new bathroom and am looking forward to years of great showers!

Five Star Bath Solution is an excellent company. The employees were very helpful and professional. From Josh who came first to present the product and explained everything, He was great. Craig who came out to measure was very nice. To Randy who installed the shower, he was so nice, kind and professional and great to have in my home. Five Star was easy to work with. They were quick to come out and quote the project as well as get the job completed. James and Chris installed the shower and did a great job. They were really nice guys. The new shower and glass door look amazing! My original 20+ year old tiles were beyond rescue. The new shower has totally change the appearance of my bathroom!

There was minor damage to the ceiling below the shower during installation and five star had a crew out the next day repairing the damage. It was completely repainted and as good as new a few days later. That is what I consider great service!

We needed new shower walls. Heard about 5 star bath solutions on 93.3, we called made an appointment. They were great!! Also glazed our tub.

I had a tub to shower remodel and the entire process was seamless. The end project is beautiful and makes my entire bathroom look brand new. The communication before the project was great and the contractors kept me informed of all the updates during the remodel. They also left my bathroom clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend them with no hesitation!
