Rated this company a 1 due to mismeasuring our windows in the front after they were measured 1 time then a 2nd time only to find they are the wrong windows. Complaints were made to the salesman Sean Eaton who has yet to call and apologize to us and to give us the next steps for what has to be done. Poor rep for the company. We made the initial order in may, Now there is no telling how long we have to wait now because our sales rep didn't have enough concern about it to contact us.

Purchased new windows and a sliding door back in February 2024. They put the wrong panels on the door, so anyone could break in my house. They curved some drywall out to fit the new door and told me someone would be out to fix it. It's now almost September and nothing has been fixed. I still have the inspection stickers on everything. I've called the company several times as well as the project manager. Everyone is ignoring me while I'm making payments to them. Time to call an attorney. I've suffered long enough.

I truly wish I would have read reviews before we employed this company. I am very disappointed with the quality of the work. We also are experiencing warped or misaligned doors including the shower doors. I am still sweeping or picking up glass from the first installation of the shower door that does not stay closed. We have had to have service done to the shower door, shower head and plates on the grab bars. The storm door is faulty. The clamps that hold the window and screen in place are stripped, the door will not close. I’m considering calling Better Business Bureau or the Local News people to get them involved because we can not get satisfaction from this company.

We purchased a home that had their windows and doors installed by this company. Our home inspection revealed numerous issues with the doors to include misalignment, rubbing at the jambs warped doors. I have placed over a dozen calls to this company over the course of three months. They take my information and tell me someone will be in touch. Never happens. Not only was the installation inferior the doors themselves have numerous defects in workmanship. Buyer beware! They are so bad I am shopping for new doors.

Follow up: I called the phone number below more than a dozen times since last December. The same person Kendra answered the phone each time and took my contact information and stated someone I think his name is Pierre would get in contact with me. This has not happened. In fact the person who answered the phone told me someone tried to contact me but couldn’t leave a VM. That’s interesting as I have no missed calls from Pietro whose number I have.

Not happy with being ignored.

I will never be the type to call a business every single day until the issue is resolved. I expect to be responded to the first time I send a message or leave a voicemail. My last email was 10/31 and my last call was a few days after that.

I had windows, entry door, and sliding doors installed late October.

They used white caulk over the screws on a brown door when I KNOW they used brown caulk on my windows. No shimming was done to support the bottom on the door frame, so it bends when you step on it. Should have been moved inward by an inch.

And Most Importantly, the whole reason i bought these in the first place was to have a slider that locks... and yet, when it is installed, The sliding glass door does not lock!! I have called and emailed and asked for someone to come out and fix it, and I have not gotten a single response in weeks.

Considering my third final payment has yet to be rendered until all work is complete AND satisfactory, it is very much in YOUR best interest to return my email/calls, fix your faulty product, and then we can discuss the discount I should receive because you wasted my time and left me with a door that I could not secure my home for weeks.

This product cost me 12000 so far, with an agreed purchase price of around 17000. I expect a better install than what I have received.
