My experience with victory was very positive. Everybody was extremely informative and professional. My salesman Justin made me feel comfortable and took his time to explain everything in detail with extraordinary patience. Every install crew was here on time and performed an excellent job on my roof, soffits, fascia, and gutters! Clean up was impeccable which was impressive. I will definitely highly recommend to all my friends and family as well as anybody else who needs work done on their homes.

Overall, this company is very thorough. From the sales presentation, installation, and final inspection, they ensure their clients know the quality of the work, services, and products. I never take time to do these reviews because I am a busy mom, but I guarantee their work is worth the cost. Brian and his team did a phenomenal job of replacing my windows. The crew even vacuumed my floor and disposed of all the old materials. Not only would I recommend this company, but they impressed me so much that I will now do my siding, too! What a great gift to give your house: a new facelift.

Great company. Jarad was very informative and very thorough. The installation team was on time, worked all day until they completed the job! They were professional and left the job site clean. The windows are beautiful!!! Brian (QC manager ) stopped by the after installation and made sure we were happy with the work. Would definitely recommend this company. Wonderful to work with each step of the way. The entire team was great!!!!

Great work the crew got it done in a very timely fashion even with some frequent weather. Scott was incredibly informative and helpful when we had a panic over leaks. Corey was always keeping us in the loop for scheduling and timing. And Frank finished the project with some great energy. Wonderful working with them all and a great comfort having a non leaking roof.

We used Victory to installs windows about a year or two ago. After installation a couple of months after we noticed some heavy leaks whenever it rained. Not only that small bugs, flies came through the same area where there were leakage. This will be the second time calling Victory as their first attempt to fix the issue clearly didnt work. This leads me to believe either the initial installation was done incorrectly or the windows itself are defective, which at this point seems the most likely cause. Attached photos for evidence. Will be updating the review based on the resolution. We really can't keep calling Victory every few months to address the same issue over and over again.

We were approached by Victory about replacing our windows. After a full house assessment of our house we choose to replace our bay window as a starter project and we are happy we did! Each step of the way the Victory team was professional, friendly, and transparent with us. Everything was done in a timely manner and the windows are high quality. We are looking forward to the winter to see how well it keeps our living room insulated. We are happy with the result! I definitely suggest checking out Victory if you need to get your windows replaced!

Augie was very informative about the product. The contractors that came were very efficient, cleaned up everywhere when done and went around the driveway with a blower to get rid of any debris or stray screws that could cause flat tires. We were very satisfied with the job. Thank You.
