great job on the roof

I don't usually do this kind of thing but this company stinks! Service department doesn't contact you back. Warranty is NOT honored. Orders go missing and not completed. Products are deficient. They will take your money at sales and promise you service which they will not deliver on. They will feel my social media wrath! :(

We had Hanson's install all new siding, roofing, windows and gutters. Our sales rep Jim was very thorough in outlining the benefits of the company and the lifetime guarantee, which is one of the big reasons we went with this company. I have to give a BIG shout out to Marilyn in particular as she made this experience as enjoyable as it was. Anytime I had questions or concerns, Marilyn was there for me with an answer and a solution. Whenever things weren't going as planned she was always willing to work with me to make it right and I can't thank her enough for making this a pleasant experience with a happy ending. Our roofing and window teams were also quick and professional. Our siding team, Mike and Nick, were top-notch and took the time to offer us choices when there was more than one way to finish an edge/trim/door frame - I really appreciated the attention to detail and homeowner involvement/preferences when it came to the design choices. I am very happy with our remodel and highly recommend Hanson's!

The siding was installed last November and is being falling apart. I tried several times to call service and they keep ignoring me. I always get the same answer that they are working on it.

I could not even get a quote. I scheduled a call on their online system without a call back. No one came for the scheduled time. I figure it may have been a mix up so I tried again in September. This time they suggested doing it all online. I asked 3 times to have someone come out. Instead they kept trying to schedule a zoom meeting. So, I took the photos for the 3-D, which were not working. So, I emailed again asking for someone to come out. My request was ignored. They said if the 3-d works then we'll have the zoom. So, 3-d worked but with errors. So, I called at my appointment time because I had no idea if someone was coming out or using the zoom. I waited for my zoom meeting link, nothing. Called their office and they said to wait for the email. Nothing. Emailed the office, same response. Still no meeting scheduled. Good luck.

We received a quote for a new roof from Hanson's. We worked with a rep who quoted us very high to begin with. (Almost $30k) Then, gave us a few discounts to get the price to a place where we were comfortable. After confirming that we wanted to move forward, we received a call 10 days later from the corporate office explaining that their rep quoted us too low and that they can't do the job for that price. I asked them what the price adjustment would be and his response was that that cannot give us a new quote because it's company policy to refuse a job when they make a mistake! Basically they misquoted the price and because of their mistake, will not do the job. Horrible customer service. We will never contact them again. Too bad because we were ready to throw in all new windows as well since they were doing the roof.

They were on time, professional and friendly.

The office people need a little work because it's pretty hard to get in touch with anyone but the work done was fantastic. I'm giving this job a 5 star due to the people listed in this review. Kelly and his crew were awesome! Kelly is one of the hardest workers and truly a gem. I was really happy with the job. He took the extra time and care to make things look really nice. Shiloh the general manager and my salesman Russ also were very nice to work with.
