We have a rental property we've been renovating.

We chose Bath Fitter for a variety of reasons (professional, product options, price/value, etc).

We went with a simple set up for easy cleaning & maintenance.

From Sales Rep "Rick" to Installer "Mark", and everyone in between, we had a great experience.

They delivered on every promise.

After 5 years of dealing with our DIY shower, we decided to invest the money and have Bath Fitters set us up for success. Guillermo did an incredible job. He was friendly and got the whole thing done in one day! He also gave great advice for how to configure our shower with shelves. Overall, we're super happy with the results and I'd recommend using this company.

I am very happy with the work that was done for our new shower. Tory, our installer, did an awesome job. He worked hard and consistently! He was kind and personable and answered all my questions. I appreciated the covering he put down protect our floors where he was walking in and out. He even cleaned and vacuumed his work area. Our project entailed removing cabinets and ceiling above our shower, to then move our shower head up and install new surround. We had a bit of mold behind our old surround. Tory removed the old moldy sheet rock and put up new green board.
It looks nice! I'm pleased with the work that was done. I know old homes can have their quirks and can be challenging at times.
The only thing I'm a bit disappointed in is we were sold on two shelves for the shower, and our rep said they would fit the "Costco sized" bottles. Unfortunately, they do not, and we have empty shelves, with still having to put bottles on the ledge of the tub. If we would have known, we wouldn't have spent money on the shelving. Other than that, it was a project I wasn't going to do myself and I'm happy I found Bath Fitter to do it!

Your representative/installer was amazing. Josh was polite and thorough from the minute he arrived. He laid down floor coverings, cleaned up his work and was so easy to work with. He even went the extra mile and blew leaves away from my garage so they would blow in. He was friendly and pleasant through the time he was in our home. And the work is beautiful. Great job, Bath Fitter. We couldn’t be more pleased.

We just received our custom shower installs. Josh took the time to make sure everything was perfect, as if he were installing the shower in his own home. I appreciate the level of communication and his dedication to quality, practicality, and safety. The driving force to get these new showers was so that my mom had a safe walk in shower and he made sure the placement of all handrails, fixtures, and shelving systems would meet the needs of my mother. Martin took care of the downstairs shower and he had his work cut out for him when it came to leveling. He listened to all of my requests to ensure we were on the same page so that he could deliver the results. The space was small, and the height of the shower wasn't much to work with, but he did a superb job. I would recommend Bath Fitters for anyone looking for custom bath installs.

Extremely pleased with everyone that we came in contact with. The installer, Kenyon, is definitely a great asset to your team. He is very professional, kind and answered all our questions. He kept us involved and updated on his progress. He was very quick with the installation, but never shortcutted the process. We were so impressed with the quality of work and his cleanliness. He left our bathroom and hallway cleaner than he found them. We would definitely refer your company to our family and friends. Thank you so much.

Mark came out and was on time, and worked continuously all day. The bathtub is beautiful.
The price was higher than I had intended to pay, but I was grateful to not have to pick out my own tub and fixtures, so I thought it worth the extra money. It was a challenge getting the tub in, but he and his partner did a beautiful job! I suffered some cabinet and wall paint chips, but it was understandable due to the small space that they had to work with.

This was seriously the easiest home remodel ever. From them coming to the house for measurements and picking out just what I wanted to actually getting the bathrooms done. The guy that came to do the install was professional and was so pleasant.(I can’t remember his name) He did a phenomenal job with both bathrooms. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to put new showers in.

Everything from Rick helping us make our choices to Mark working his tail off was fantastic. We can’t give Mark enough praise on his work ethic and how excellent his work is. Our job had quite a bit of demolition.Mark kept the mess and the dust confined to the bathroom. Mark is what we consider to be the best contractor we have ever worked with. Personable, professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Marks work on our project is exceptional. Thank you so much for creating a space we enjoy and be proud of for years to come!

I just to say and recommend Josh Massey on the great job he did installing my walk-in shower. It's beautiful! Bath Fitter is very blessed to have this young man working for them.
