BCI Acrylic
The Leader in Affordable Acrylic Bath Products
In 1999, we started BCI Acrylic because we weren’t happy with the available bath renovation products. We knew we could find a way to offer superior products without the unreasonably high costs—and we were right! Today we are the largest independent manufacturer of acrylic bath renovation products.
Our residential and commercial tubs, showers, and accessible solutions provide the best value on the market, and our customer service is just as extraordinary. Contact us today to learn more about our products or to get in touch with a dealer near you.

I had an issue with a dealer by the name of Palmetto Bath and when I called BCI Acrylics about the 3-panel cut system being filled in with brown silicone they went to Palmetto Bath and discussed my issue with Conan Daryl Edwards. Folks this 3 piece panel cut will cause you leaks in any shower or tub. Fill in that special sauce that BCI makes and your tub is guaranteed to get water leaks in a short time. Conan at Palmetto Bath is such a nice human being as he bullies everyone. If you have issues at BCI and their dealers your outcome will not be good.

Griselda (manager) works at BCI and harasses the men that work for the company. She also racially profiles her workers and continuously uses verbal abuse. THERE SHOULD NEVER BE A MANAGER/WORKER HARASSING ANYONE IN OR OUTSIDE OF WORK! I hope this reaches corporate because firing someone off of a “second warning” but continuously harasses them isn’t right. DO NOT APPLY HERE THEY RACIAL PROFILE !! ESPECIALLY GRISELDA !!!

We haven't done a lot of business with them currently and are a new dealer for their product, but we have had sales training and installation training from these folks like no other company that I have done business within my 25 years of business. When we visited their plant a couple of times, every employee we met seemed to be very upbeat and had a lot of positive things to say about their employer. Most of who them we met have been there for some time. We have left each time feeling confident that we are dealing with a company who cares and not just for sales of their product. We love the culture there!

They say its "easy to clean". Not. Streaks are awful. Grout (second install) turns brown. Door won't stay closed. This all started August 2022. I will say they sent a rep out a month ago to get a feel for the problems and was promised a new contractor would contact me to come and correct it. After 4 weeks, several texts - nothing. Do yourself a favor and get a tile inclosure. Probably would be cheaper and certainly easier to clean. Just spent an hour in there and still ... yick.

Basically their dealers sell tubs and outsource labor. Once the tub is sold you think you are dealing with a company with employees but you are not. They pay certified (who knows what that means) installers who jam in a tub and hope for the best. If you have issues and call the dealer they say that’s between you and the installer. You have a leak better hope you have the installers number and they pick up because the dealers don’t care.

This review is about my personal experience with one of BCI Acrylics Dealers. I contracted with Bath Planet of Atlanta in June of 2022. To say I had a horrible experience is an understatement. Their product seems fine but their Dealers leave something to be desired. Horrible communication with customers, horrible customer service and do not care about their customers time. You will end up project managing their employees, if they show up. I ended up spending an exorbitant amount of my time following up and staying on top of my shower installation causing me to miss meetings and rescheduling meetings. I have brought my issues with the Atlanta Dealer up with the home office of BCI and they don't seem to care either. I would NOT RECOMMEND working with any of their Dealers if my experience is indicative of how all of their Dealers do business.
