Had to wait an excessive amount of time to get the product to my doorstep. Some kind of paperwork screw up. But, when the crew arrived with my new front porch I was amazed. They were very friendly, and professional. They did the job quickly and it looks outstanding. I want to thank them for the work that they did. I read other’s review and most of them were complain about communication (e.g long wait time, lack of call back, miss appointment). I, too, can’t get a rep return my calls after the initial meeting.
Luckily, I called the district rep personal phone number and get response right away. So it is vital that the company employ good sale reps (or installers) who can truly response to the customers in a timely manner.
I loved the products and the installation. Outstanding work.
Final note: do shop around. I have another quote from other company that was $10k more.

I called Champion for an estimate on replacing 6 windows on the first floor of my home and one on the 2nd. This was mid November this year. In the meantime I had 3 other estimates from other companies. Your rep walked in my home, saw the window in my dining room and said " I cannot get that size window". I was amazed at that comment and informed him I have 3 other estimates and they can get that size window. Of course the style would change replacing new windows. I indicated for your rep we were done and walked him to the door. Just FYI, I decided to replace all 13 windows to the tune of 65K your loss. I have shared this story with friends, neighbors and family members. I just trid calling you and was on hold 45 minutes. What an absolute horrible way to do business.

Tell the people when the job will start don't lie to the customer they stated they would hold my check because it would take some time to get to me I asked should I cancel they said no they cashed my check which it put me in a bind a bounce check I had to get money from other resources he needs to cut off all the schooling and get down to the point how much and when they would start he left that off we had to ask that. They was in a hurry to cash my check but slow in when the job gets done
