We were impressed with the team throughout the process. The project manager kept us informed throughout the process. The installation was efficient and the walk in shower is just as we expected. My husband had drop cloths out, but when the installers came they had all the needed drop cloths and cleaned the area thoroughly when they left.
It's great when work is done on schedule and with care.

Impressed with the communication and professionalism of Clear Choice crew. There were a couple challenging moments with measuring the surround for our bathtub and fitting the vanity around our existing pipes, but both were handled with precision and excellence in one day.

Out of the three quotes we had for this job, Clear Choice didn't go overboard on the slick sell and they had the most reasonable quote. We are so very happy with our updated bathroom! Highly recommend!

I CONVERTED FROM A JACUZZI BATH TUB TO A SHOWER. MY INSTALLERS WERE JOSE AND EDGAR, THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THE ENTIRE JOB TOOK 12HRS. WHEN THE JOB WAS COMPLETE THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AND REMOVED ALL OLD DEBRIS. I LOVE MY NEW SHOWER! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CLEAR CHOICE FOR YOUR HOME IMPROVEMENTS.

The crew removed all the rotted wood and the crew supervisor ran to a building supply to get the new additional supplies needed right away so the project wasn’t delayed. The installation team was AMAZING!!! These guys (and girls) worked HARD and long hours and yet provided excellent work, completely to our satisfaction. I've never seen a work crew that was better, worked harder and was more receptive to making the customer happy. We commend them without qualification ... THE BEST!!! In addition, the area coordinator for installation, Ty, provided excellent coordination and guidance throughout the process, baking up the installation team very effectively and professionally. Our sales rep, Doug, was also excellent ... informative without being pushy, helpful without being insistent ... he made the purchase process easy and satisfying. We very highly recommend Clear Choice and WILL use them again for future projects where they can help.

BEWARE! Careless work, damaged roof. Hired clear choice to install seamless gutter system cost was over $5,000 for small A frame house. After multiple delays, price re-trade and a variety of employee turnover issues the gutters were installed. Prior to installation we had a brand new metal roof installed. Installer of gutters bent the roof through the entire house. Clear choice had several managers view the damage and agreed it was caused by installer. Clear choice offered to compensate for damage but my roofer said bent metal cannot be repaired so need new roof. Clear choice had another quality control person out to property who said the roof has been fixed and that clear choice will not compensate for anymore damage.

After 50 calls, 5 inspections and repair job my roof is still damaged. Clear choice refuses to compensate for damage.

Very disorganized company. Hard to navigate decision makers. Lots of turnover of employees. Poor communication and overall terrible experience. Please look elsewhere. This is the first time I have ever had to write a bad review. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

We had a very large custom sized sliding glass door installed. It took a while to get the door due to the size and the fact that it was a custom piece. We also had other projects in the house that took place financially ahead of finishing paying for the door. We just got the door installed and I couldn’t be happier. The new door is three panels instead of two and the part of the sliding door that opens is light, locks really well, and they all came with the blinds installed between the glass which gives us the privacy we need and still have the light that we want. The crew was great to talk to and friendly and they did an awesome job installing it and cleaning up after. We are extremely pleased with this door and the installation.
