This company is just a bunch of lip service! Their response to my earlier review indicates they care and want to make it right. I called them and they said they would "make it right and that someone would call me and let me know when I could expect a check." That was more than a week ago and no phone call, no check. I just pray my roof will not leak.

Very professional and took the time to show me exactly the quality I was getting for the price I could afford being on a fixed income is tough but Kevin Vita and Kim Michelini made it wor. Very respectful; honest; willing to take the time to help a retired military vet like myself!

Worst experience of my life. I agreed to listen to salesmen pitch which wore me down after 4 hours. They promised I would be rebursed for any plywood not used that they were charging $150. each at ten sheets, that I would get pictures of wear the Leaks occurred UNDER the plywood for my insurance, that the roofers where well trained and would take great care of my property and that my satellite dish would be reinstalled for free. NONE of these things happened. I paid big bucks to have their ladders propped ip against my new expensive gutters, debri was thrown off the roofdown to the yard and not into the dumpster, pictures were provided of one leak on topof the plywood, my dish is still sitting on ny deck, and I was told by nore than one person that I wound receive refund for 9 pieces of plywood at $150 each, but that hasn't happened and their finance department doesnt return my calls. Also, I was told by the salesman that I wouldnt nees to make a payment until 30 days after completion. Icalled Service Finance Company yesterday to find out why I hadnt received a payment schedule or anything and found out they were charging daily interest since the week they completed the project and I could expect to receive the infornation in 10 or 15 days with daily interest accruing! Sheisters for sure!

Michael and Aidan came this morning and gave us detailed information about the work and the cost. They finally found for us the best deal which we just signed. They also connected us with their Boss, Josh who welcomed us to be their customer. We are excited about our deal.
We are so thankful to have such a wonderful business who takes care of their business.
So thankful and looking forward to the completion of the work

I had two DaBella salespeople come to my house at 6:00 p.m. After going on the roof and in the attic, they asked a few times if I had been on the roof or in the attic, and if so, how long ago. I have two attic spaces, a lower one that is accessible via a door in the back of my closet, and an upper one accessible via the standard ceiling hatch. I am in the lower one all the time as I store things there, and there is no OSB or rot or stains and leaks. I have a two story house and I have not been on the upper roof in many years, but I am on the lower roof every year to hang Christmas lights. Then they asked a few times if I was the only person needed to make decisions for the house. They asked if I lived alone in the house. These two questions were asked in various forms a few times. Then they showed me pictures of my shingles and my attic. Worn out shingles and rotten plywood full of soft spots. But no pictures of any of the easily accessible attic space. The plywood in the photos was a mix of plywood and OSB. I guess they were assuming I did not know the difference, or that I would go check. After about an hour, I a told them OK, I see all this damage in the pictures, how much to fix it? No number, just more sales pitch. Then a show and tell of what roof I was getting. I asked again, this time saying the answer to how much is a number, not a long drawn-out sales pitch. So, $36,000. I said that seems way to high. After 25 minutes more sales pitch, the number was $25,000, half down and half financed at no interest for 5 years. I asked how can you offer that when you don’t know my income or my credit score? No answer. By now I was pretty sure the finance charge was part of the roof price. Then I got a long show and tell about roof shingles, tabs, felt vs non-felt, on and on. I told them I built a house in 2009, so I was not unfamiliar with roofs, and that nobody uses 3 tab shingles or felt anymore. Off in a new direction they went. After telling them I wanted to get two more quotes before I decided, the number dropped to $19,000. At 8:45 p.m. I asked them to leave as I needed to eat dinner. More hard sell followed. They offered me a very low payment. I told them I was not shopping for a low payment, but rather the best price for a good quality roof. At 9:10 p.m. I told them they had to leave. A few minutes later they did. Over the week since, I have had two well established roofing companies examine and quote the roof. They both took about 45 minutes to examine the roof and then about 15 minutes to prepare a quote. Both told me I did not have OSB in my house, that I did not need any new plywood, and gave me a choice of 3 quality options, all of which were less than the lowest price DaBella quoted, and after checking my credit, 12 months same as cash payment option. You know, like a real company might act. Do not do business with DaBella.

The sales rep lied to me about 11 different things, including the "50 year warranty" on their work and materials. He also quoted a price that was three times the value of the job. Then I discovered that DaBella doesn't actually DO the work, they contract it out to another unknown company.

SCAMMERS! They are NOT a siding, roofing or home exterior company. All they do is contract with disreputable companies, while charging you a highly-inflated price. Their warranties are fraudulent, and customer service is non-existent. They'll soon be out of business, but not before scamming as many people as they can.

When I made the appointment to have someone come out for a roofing estimate, I was told the decision maker had to be there. I told them that was me. I was then asked 2 follow-up questions as if they didn't believe a woman could be the decision maker! I understand they've probably lost time talking to a wife who then said her husband would decide, but when you tell them the decision maker is only you, they should get it. They also called to confirm my appointment, and the person asked if I "needed someone there"!!! I said, "Excuse me, what?" She then asked if I would be "comfortable" there on my own!!! I thought this company doesn't think women can be mature, capable, decision-making adults, but a friend had another take on it: She said, "What, do they hire convicted rapists to come out to give quotes?!!"
After confirming the appointment and scheduling my day around it, I then waited today for the person to show up at 1:00. At 1:20, I called the company to ask when the person's ETA was as I had a busy afternoon and also mentioned that no one had had the common courtesy to call me to say the person would be late. I was told I could reschedule, but I said I wanted to keep today's appointment. They said the person would be here in 30-40 minutes. An hour and 20 minutes later, I called again to ask if someone were really on their way and was told there was. It is now 6:30, a full 5½ hours after the confirmed scheduled appointment. I have lost my entire afternoon waiting at home. No one has come; no one has called. Totally unprofessional!
