Instead of spoon-feeding us solutions, they empowered us to take charge of potential issues ourselves, really putting us in the driver's seat of our own roofing journey.

A refreshing twist on an old favorite, they walked us through how to play two lies and a truth. For instance the shingle demonstration was unforgettable. They encouraged us to try ripping the sample, and it was impressively sturdy. So imagine our surprise when the actual shingles could be torn with just two pinkies! A truly hands-on, interactive experience we didn’t anticipate—talk about building finger strength.

Their dedication to "never subcontract" is truly next-level. They assured us the workers were from Erie, but the crew themselves couldn’t wait to share their upcoming out-of-area adventure. It’s so heartwarming to know their talents are being appreciated far and wide, even outside of Erie’s service area. They also demonstrated their ability to surprise by extending the project timeline. While they initially said the job would be completed in just one day, they treated us to a bonus second day of roof work! The suspense of waiting for completion added to the thrill of the whole process.

They complimented our sturdy plywood roof deck, claiming they also use such a superior product, but when it came time to install new decking they were spot on that plywood is far too monotone compared to the confetti look of OSB, which just adds more fun! They even threw in an exciting trip to Menards when they realized they needed more material—what an unexpected field trip! Let’s talk about innovation: the venting system demonstration was breathtaking, but in true avant-garde fashion, they installed something completely different! Their ability to pivot and keep things fresh shows a mastery of creativity we didn’t know we needed.

I think that they did a quality job and went beyond what other roofing companies do. The Underlayments and the special guards are the edges of the roof all help to ensure the product. This will be the last roof that I will have to worry about. Erie does use high pressure sales tactics, but the man knows his stuff.

Sales staff and installation crew were knowledgeable, helpful and professional. They provided information that was useful in making a decision. Installation crew worked efficiently and cleaned all garbage up after completion. I would recommend Erie roofing and I would use them again on any other project I have

Well presented options by the sales team and a great job in completing the reroofing of my home.

Material delivery was on time, contractor was there the next as planned, work was done fast and what needed replacement was replaced, work was finished on same day, crew was very friendly, contractor was always on top of the job, when finished the roof looked great and everything was as clean as when they showed up.

This was a great experience and would highly recommend Erie Home.

They were very professional and kind. If I had any questions they went above and beyond to answer them. They cleaned everything up when they were done and some stuff that wasn't there mess. I have 12 dogs on my property and they were petting and talking to them so they would stay calm. The roof looks magnificent. I'm very pleased with the job they did.

Earlier this month I wrote a complaint. I was contacted by a sales manager. I explained what we experienced. He told me Mr he talked to the rep that came out to our house. He admitted what I said we indeed true. I finally received our roof. Unfortunately it's was way too high and the company doesn't work with insurance company. He then asked me to choose a nice restaurant we like. He said that he will be sending us a gift card for the restaurant, enough to cover 2 meals for the 2 of us.
