The Hansons experience was 5 star from start to finish. It all started when a representative named Tracy Parent came to the house and gave a very knowledgeable and balanced presentation. After the offer was accepted and the documents were signed, Hansons put everything else in motion, and it worked like clockwork. The appointments were met in a very timely fashion, emails and texts kept me in the loop, and the contractors came out and did there thing in a very professional and satisfying manner. When it was all said and done, the proof was right in front of me that I'd may an excellent choice!

Tyler was my representative. Very professional, Courteous, on time. Answered all my questions, respectful of my property. He put covers on his shoes so not to bring dirt or water in my house. Took his time to go over all things, repeatedly asked if I had any questions. Very easy to talk to. I would recommend you ask for Tyler if you are getting a quote from Hanson. My nephew used them last yr for some windows. One cracked less than 6 months after installation and Hansons replaced it no problem. Couple of complaints so far, one they play pricing games, they did it with my nephew and with me. They show you a crazy number then go back and add discounts. And if you commit to us now we can give another discount. I think they are a little expensive for vinyl windows. They gave me a crazy price for gutters as well. I was thinking it would be $10,000 for the windows and gutters, but after discounts it came to almost $20,000. The sales guy measures your windows, and then a week later, another person has to come out to measure. So that adds to delays in getting your windows. 3rd complaint, they can email you, but you can not reply back, texting is the same. I shouldn't have to call to reply to an email or text. It will be 5 weeks at least until they can install my gutters and 3 months for the windows. For as big of a company as 1800hansons, you would think they could be quicker, especially during the slow months of winter. My compliments above stand, but wanted to add negative thoughts as well. They are a reputable company but could do things a little differently. Update, I contacted Tyler and asked for a breakdown of the cost of windows, gutters, and labor. He emailed it at 12 midnight. If you want to use Hansons, I recommend asking for Tyler. After looking everything over, I found they are higher than average for gutters but lower than average for triple pane windows. My windows have been installed now, it only took a month for them to make and schedule install. They had an opening the day after they called and said they were ready. The installer was great. Over 30 years experience and it showed. It took him about 3 hours to remove and install 8 windows, including removing old aluminum trim on outside and putting new trim up. Windows look great. They cleaned up fairly well, they did break a sprinkler, I have 2 in the bushes on risers, I pointed them out ahead of time and they broke one and didn't even tell me. Also forgot to caulk part of a window. Overall I am happy with the work. The sales guy texted me in the morning of the install and a lady from the office called that evening to see how it went. They said they would send me a Visa gift card so I could replace the riser. It's been almost 2 weeks and no card. The windows were dirty, finger prints, smudges, suction cup marks from the factory, possibly caulking. Just cleaned one and it didn't come clean. Last 3 pics show the dirty windows. The gutter installation went better. It was postponed due to weather. They were supposed to come on a Tuesday, but a thunderstorm postponed it. Hansons rescheduled it for Friday, however the installers showed up with no warning on Wednesday after 4pm. Got it all done in 2 hours, and did a good job cleaning up. The installers were four young men, maybe in mid twenties. Hansons pushes you to write a review even before you have the job done. I have edited my review 5 times now. Update, it's been 4 months now, I don't like the financial company they use, Green Sky. They give you no info on how to send a check or where to or your account number. Just give them your account number and routing number. I tried calling 1800hansons to ask them about this company, but nobody answered. I was on hold for 5 min when I hung up. Based on the fact they push you to sign with them and they are not the best priced, and you try calling and they don't answer I would recommend going with someone else.

First off Hanson doesn’t do their own work. They contract out different people for every job. Secondly they send people to my home that didn’t speak any English. When I got to my house, it’s was a bunch of guys standing on my roof and the roof of my carport. Which they didn’t need to be up there, because they were doing gutters and leave guards. I asked them why were they even up there, no one could answer me, because no one spoke English. Then they had all of the old gutters stacked on my lawn, where they had a couple of drag marks from putting it on my lawn. I asked them to remove it, but again no one spoke English. After the job was done, the next day I got a chance to look at the work because I work midnights and didn’t wake up in time to show it before it got dark that day. My carport was lending and started to come apart from the house. I took pictures before the job and inserted them on an app they ask me to send them to called Hover and there wasn’t any damages. Now they are trying to say it was there already. Please never do business with Hanson. I was warned before hand, but tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. The worst decision I’ve ever made.. Before and after pictures..

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the absolute worst company to work with. We signed an agreement to have our house sided in July 2023. They didn’t start work on it until November, and we have had NOTHING but trouble ever since. The first crew was so bad that they were fired while on our job. So our house was only half down (and extremely poorly). They sent crew after crew to fix the issues. We had pieces of siding coming off the house when it was windy. It is now April 2024 and while I am not happy with the final job, it is done. The gutters and eaves troughs are done. I’m sure we will be arguing over the final bill because I’m sure they think they deserve the full amount, but I will not be paying that much. The absolute worst!
