The overall product and experience was wonderful. Our window was a custom order and it turned out beautifully. My only word of caution is that they ate very busy and may not get to your project when they initially say. We ordered in March and we’re told they’d install in July but we actually ended up on the install list for October. Communication in between wasn’t great, but that wouldn’t stop me for using them again.

We are very happy with our decision to purchase windows from Window Concepts of Minnesota. The purchasing and presentation process was easy and informative. We are happy with the installation timeline from our date of purchase (less than 10 weeks). It was roughly 5 hours from the time the installers arrived until they pulled out of our driveway after having installed 10 windows! They did an amazing job with cleaning up and installing the windows with very minimal touch up painting needed. We will use Window Concepts for any additional window needs in the future!

They are great to work with. We got a quote the same day they came and took the initial measurements and thoroughly explained the materials and time line. The crew they sent to install the doors were very professional and polite. They took the extra time to make sure everything looked good and cleaned up their work area after finishing the job.

We had our windows installed in July 2022 and we are still having issues (over a year later). Long story short, we've had about 5-6 service calls for various issues. (windows not opening, 2 separate windows had the middle pane crack, cranks grinding, flashing not installed properly & now causing leaks)

I understand that with a big project, things can happen and will need to be reviewed/fixed, but the customer service we've experienced has not met our expectations at all. With these multiple service calls, we've never received an apology or any sort of sentiment that they are sorry for the inconvenience. With frequent follow-ups, calls, and emails, getting a response from the service team was a struggle. We even received a call from them asking us to leave a 5 star review on Google in exchange for a Target gift card. This company does not provide a good customer experience.

Overall, we actually do enjoy the product. However, with so many service calls, the installation doesn't show much craftsmanship.

We did not leave this project happy & unfortunately, we would not recommend this company to others. It's too bad that there are so few tradesmen these days. It seems like it doesn't matter if customers are happy, because they will always have the business.

Given that it's now been a week since we asked for a follow up, and the fact that we had active water leaking into our house, we called in a different contractor (recommended to us via word of mouth) that identified the issue and will fix it for us.

Pros: scheduling was easy, able to work within our budget, and installation went well. No hang ups with any of the project. The door appears to be high quality as well.
Con: I'm personally not a fan of pushy sales people. Almost declined the purchase because of that but ultimately went with them because of the price point.

We had to put in a new sliding glass door to our back yard. The old door was very old with odd dimensions so we were a little worried. Windows concepts made it easy for us. They gave us a great deal on a door and the process of installing went great. We’re very happy we went with Windows Concepts.

Jason was professional, went above-and-beyond, and couldn’t have been easier to work with. Overall, the experience was stress-free, and are so pleased with the result!

Window arrive two weeks earlier than expected. It is perfect! I can already tell it is much more energy efficient than the other one. All that f them gentlemen I worked with were very professional and helpful with me. I highly recommend Window Concepts.

I felt their pricing was good., been waiting a couple weeks for measurements to be taken. Was disappointed by lead time, but hearing that it's reasonable at this time. Would prefer to revisit opinion when job has been completed.
