This is honestly the worst customer service I have ever encountered. There are no managers or leadership that contact you when something goes wrong. The install team took my pool solar off and threw it away. They authorized a check for reimbursement, and 4 months later, nothing. Requested they fix my roof tiles they broke and finally fixed after 3 months. I would never ask them to install anything on my house again. Luckily, so far, the solar works. I have zero faith if something goes wrong with the solar panels that they would honor their word. Guess I will need to sue them in small claims to get my reimbursement...what a shame!

Was a great company to work for until they hired that soccer guy Joshua “JD” Tofteland. I have not met one employee or customer that had a nice thing to say about that person. I’ve personally seen him make 3 different female project managers cry and them ultimately quit over HIS incompetence. Numerous employees complaining about never being paid by him also. Never trust someone to run a construction business who has never even swung a hammer, nor can even climb a latter without getting out of breath. Stand clear or the closing doors please.

READ BEFORE SIGNING A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY. I signed my original contract in July 2021, . I had my roof replaced prior and since the install my roof leaks, I've been paying multiple electrical bills, I have taken multiple days taken off work, and my solar is still NOT working. The guys that come out and do the work have always been pleasant but speaking to anyone in customer service has been a horrible experience. I have to constantly call for updates. They rarely answer the phone, they don't call back and if someone does call back, they have no clue what's going. I was told that I did not have a customer service rep assigned to my contact so I requeste to speak to the Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Manager was extremely unprofessional, rude and has made my experience from being annoying to being absolutely infuriated. Lack of follow & poor customer service is a bad combo for any company. Hopefully they figure it out, but for now STAY AWAY from this company!

Infinite problems. Terrible, every single step of the way. This company somehow has a 4 start rating. Reviews when I was searching were not great for this company, but thought I might have found a good value. Nope. Think again. They mostly hire inexperienced workers, or hacks, with no supervision or quality control.
The following review is from most recent to oldest portions. I will continue to update as I continue to deal with them, which will probably be for a long time unfortunately, until they go out of business, because they WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS

Today was supposed to be the day that someone comes our to fix my roof, and gutters, and do final inspection with the city... , but just kidding. They came out to finish a bunch of stuff that should have been done already during install like tidying up wires underneath the panels. So they loosened all the panels, tidied up all the cables and put them back so they are not touching the roof.
So apparently some of the holes they put in my roof were for anchoring, but it don't look like a 25 year patch job on a new roof, and they definitely aren't all from anchors. 2 spots are from anchors, the rest are from sloppy installers. Then they tried to say they for sure used gutter guards when they set up ladders, but they still were using gutter guards. They weren't even being safe. In fact they were about to damage the gutter in front of the front bedrooms by sitting on it as they stepped sideways odd an 9ft ladder getting on and off the roof. I have pictures of them last time not putting gutter guards on with the ladder against my gutters in another spot. Why do they have to keep trying to ruin the gutter in different spots? Why not just keep ruining the same piece of gutter?

Guy from infinity messages me in the morning asking if he can just stop by today to do "quality control". Better late than never I guess. Adds a lot of stress to my day, because I don't work from home. I arrange if with my wife who was able to, but that adds a lot of stress to her day, which adds to my day. So I tell the guy some issues, he said he would look at them. Apparently he told my wife that they patched it right, the wrong way. Patched it right... the wrong way... when actually some of the holes I know they didn't even patch!!!!

Went up on my roof to wash the solar panels that have been sitting there useless on my roof since June that are covered in dust. What I found was a bunch of damage to my brand new roof. Some, the guys just caulked it in, but some they didn't do a damn thing. They also left a water bottle up on my roof.

3 guys came out. Two were from first solar install. I had to ask them to put some cardboard between the ladder, and offered mine. The lead said, oh, no... go get the gutter guard. They went digging in the truck, couldn't find it, and finally cut thier own cardboard to stick between the ladder and the gutter, for which he climbed up the ladder, onto the roof, then shimmed the cardboard in between.
They finished up most of of what was unfinished. The did get the water bottle out that they left under panels.
They turned on power, and in all rooms of the house we heard a pop. Power went out, they turned it back on, another pop, and back out. I thought it sounded like from the kitchen when I was in living room, Eli thought it came from his fan while he was in his room, and my wife though it came from our room where she was. I raced through my house to unplug any appliances I could think of that might still be plugged in. The master ceiling fan was going really fast, most of my lights are burnt out, dimmer in the bathroom doesn't work, and light won't shut off, and smells smokey in master bedroom but especially bedroom. I got my meter and the master bedroom gfci has 240VAC on it, which is only rated for 120V. The solar tech had landed a neutral wire on a breaker... fried the bathroom dimmer, a fan controller, light bulbs, and a power strip.
There's a lot more but it's cut off!

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!
"Don't go with this company of thieves! They are in charge of selling you a product that doesn't even work as it should. I had only been in my new house for a few months when this company sold me solar panels promising that my electric bill would be lower than what I was paying with PGE. However, over the months, my true-up was around $2700, and it keeps increasing all the time. Their solution was to acquire another debt of $57,000 in solar panels to cover the electric expense. Please do your research and make sure not to go with these thieves

Need much better communication and Sale representative. My salesman Alex Elias is always disconnected and never be aware of what's going on. The project keep delay again and again, and took almost 3 months to finish from the 1st day of install to final inspection. Couldn't be worse. Buyer be aware.

This is the absolute worst most disorganised and incompetent company I can remember dealing with. They not only did not follow plans and left hardware all over the front of my home and conduit across the roof when they were supposed to install it through an attic; but, when trying to get them to come back out and reinstall, they kept putting me off claiming they were in team meetings. I would never recommend this company and strongly recommend against using them.

Beware of Predatory Loan Practice - they put the 30% Solar tax credit in my loan as a lump sum for the 19th month and if you don't pay it - your payment goes up. IRS does not issue rebates for the tax credit like they make you think when you sign up. The loan is sold to the solar monitoring company and Infinity Energy no longer helps you the day your solar is installed - they then refer you too the Monitoring Company if you have issues. They never called me to see how things were running, we are trying to figure for ourselves if system is running at capacity. Again - you will not hear them or get any help after system is installed. Solar workers left - not a word on the status. Sales Agent who came to my door decided to quit during middle of install. Customer service is zilch. If you have issues with tax credit - they say "TALK TO YOUR CPA". Also, we have not yet seen savings, we were on the medical baseline, other solar companies said that they could not help us but this company showed us savings that we have not yet seen. It actually looks like we will be paying more if we can't come up with the $14.283.15 lump sum (see copy of loan photo) that we thought would be coming to us as a refund. That's what the sales reps tell you - "then you can take your tax credit refund to amortize into your loan to keep the payments down". But they neglect to tell you that the IRS give you a credit only if you owe the Federal Government, it is not a refund.

The door to door salesmen are pushy and don’t respect common curtesy. I have a no soliciting sign and a sign that kindly asks you not to ring door bell or knock because i have a toddler and a newborn baby. He woke up my kids and told me he ignored my signs. I’m irritated, my kids woke up. Don’t know how the product is because i won’t ever get service here. Love, a tired mom.
