Most shower remodels can be done in one day, but there are a few cases in which additional time may be needed. Your Jacuzzi Bath Remodel Representative can provide the actual amount of time needed for your specific remodel project.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
The Limited Lifetime Warranty from Jacuzzi Bath Remodel covers defects in materials or workmanship for the original purchaser of specific Jacuzzi® bath products, including bathtubs, shower wall panels, doors, pans, and faucets used in a single-family residential home. Coverage includes parts only (not labor) and applies if installed by a certified technician following authorized instructions. Repairs or replacements will be provided at the company’s discretion.
Terms and Conditions
The warranty excludes coverage for display models, commercial use, and damage from improper installation, misuse, neglect, or modifications. The warranty is valid for products sold by an authorized dealer, and installation must meet local building codes. Claims require notification to the company, along with proof of purchase and a product inspection. Incidental or consequential damages, as well as transportation and reinstallation costs, are not covered.
The warranty is non-transferable and lasts as long as the original purchaser owns the product. Replaced parts assume the remaining warranty period of the original product. The warranty obligation ends if the customer declines repair or replacement tendered by the company.

There is no direction or connection to any service department and getting someone to call you back once you have had issues with your installation is a terrible process. No one calls you back and anyone/everyone you speak to points the finger to someone else to address your service needs. It appears the company is eager to make the sale, eager to take the payment, but absent to address any customer concerns. Very disappointed in this company and would not recommend to anyone.
I wanted to add to this post after reading many other posts to confirm that I also had an experience with installers who are NOT qualified to do the work. I noticed they were cutting corners and not replacing rotten wood. I called it to their attention immediately. I just noticed that the warranty has a statement that reads: "no warranty to improperly installed products." THIS IS A RED FLAG. The company adds this to protect themselves since they must already anticipate that their installers are not qualified installers and error can take place.
