Jacob is a rockstar and spent many hours with us before we purchased our new windows several weeks ago. We just had the windows installed today and we are so happy. Juan and the install crew did a great job. Juan was professional and kept the job clean and well done. Thank you Lone Wolf windows for the great job. By the way Jacob kept his word and showed up at the end of the install to do a final inspection, he was very detailed and check all the windows to make sure he was also happy with the install. It didn’t feel like he pushed anything on us and listened to our needs. The install was quick and professional. The crew walked the entire property with me twice, interior and exterior, to make sure everything was installed properly.
