Luxury Bath NJ/PA

My bathroom shower was leaking black mold. I was washing the shower every ten days. It was old and quite frankly disgusting. I got ten estimates and finally chose Luxury Bath. This is an instance where paying more for an excellent company really paid off. Marvin Moskowitz, the sales rep made an excellent presentation and was very accommodating. He even came back a second time to answer some of my questions. I only waited two weeks after I signed a contract. Anthony and Mario, the installers, were a dream team. Outstanding workmanship, the cleanup was perfect, and these guys really worked hard. I saw the materials used, including the Microban, was impressive and worth the price. Yes, it wasn’t cheap but it also wasn’t nearly the most expensive. If you’re doing a bathroom or shower install, I would ask for Anthony and Mario. Very experienced and it showed. I know this sounds like a great deal of hype and believe me I can be quite critical, but I can’t say enough about this experience.

Three weeks later, I Needed a service call to put in a water restrictor into the new showerhead. Well, they replaced the entire showerhead. Mark, who made the service call was outstanding. In my 50 years doing business with multiple companies involved in all different types of renovation and services this company is the best by far. In every thing they do it is customer first. Mark was knowledgeable, Personable and easily replaced the showerhead with a new one even though they probably Could have modified the old one. This has been the best decision I ever made.

It may seem like so many five star reviews are suspicious, but I can guarantee LuxuryBath really does do a fantastic job. Our team (Ryan and Carlos) were fast, communicative and efficient. They answered our every question (of which my girlfriend had many!) with patience and wisdom. After all was said and done, they left the job site as clean as anybody would expect.

The few extremely minor issues we had got fixed to our satisfaction and with prompt service by Anthony just moments ago and again answered every question with knowledge and experience.

If you're still on the fence, I promise you won't be disappointed. It looks great and was a sorely-needed updating to our old shower.

Out of the companies we met with, Luxury Bath NJPA had the most organized and thorough consultation with us. They answered all of our questions and their representatives, Anthony and Ray, ensured we felt confident moving forward with them. Our renovation project was an upstairs bathroom, tub to shower conversion. We are impressed with the results and would recommend their services to others.

It started with an estimate and decisions. The results were amazing. The tub was replaced with a shower that included seat and safety bars completed in 1 day. We had a problem with one of the safety bars the service was immediate and the repair man was wonderful. Communication was very easy actually talk to real people
